After multiple delays, we decided to see what other options were out there. Enter Longstreet Living. We were politely greeted several times by every employee that passed by. Every one made sure we were taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised to find a living room outfit we liked better than the one we ordered. The style, the fabric, the quality and the price, were all perfect. After waiting months for our previously ordered living room set, we thought this new set was worth asking a out . Our salesman understood our dilemma and was willing to sell us the display model to help our situation. Luckily enough there was a second set still boxed up in the back. We opted to have the furniture delivered the following week for a small additional fee. After completing the paperwork, we headed for home. Along the way we discussed what we needed to do to cancel the previous order from the chain store. We hadn't made it halfway home when we got a call from Longstreet. Our salesman wondered if we were heading straight home and offered to deliver the furniture today. He actually said he thought I might like to watch the game this weekend on my new couch, and wondered if we would be around for the delivery!! After waiting months for our previously ordered set, with no delivery in sight, this was a huge surprise. The way all the other stores were delaying deliveries, we never expected to have furniture for a while. Longstreet made new friends that day. I'm definitely going back for a bedroom outfit.

The lady they called over to help said I can't take an order come back tomorrow! Maybe they can do it, not sure how long it will take! This isn't my first issue with their frame department, wish I had another option where I live.

Head manager is not very friendly. The employees were crowding the isles especially with the carts they had and the manager was running around everywhere in customers way. The lady at the register was very nice!!!

I made it a point to stop here the next time I was in the area and I was not disappointed. When walking in I was reminded of the early days of Big Lots. A store that purchases a lot of buy outs, close outs, discontinues, off brands, and foreign imports. They honestly have a little bit of everything from groceries, housewares, clothes, books, toys, knick-nacks, pet supplies, automotive, home improvement, outdoor stuff, a little of this and a little more of that. The employees were helpful and knowledgable of where things were located. Not knowing where anything was, they could have used more overhead signage, I was able to find an employee quickly and he was able to direct me where I needed to go. Just after I found what I was looking for the employee showed up to make sure I found it. As my item was located in the back of the store I was able to get the lay of the land and the layout and organization did make sense. Still if an employee was not available overhead signage or a store map would make it easier for a customer to find what they were looking for. In general the store was clean, nothing was obstructing the aisles, and it appeared as if things were well stocked. Checkout was fast, friendly, and efficient.They have a loyalty program that I declined, but it may be beneficial to someone that shops here on a regular basis. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend shopping here if you see something they advertise you want, you get a referral as I did, or if you are looking to say a few bucks. I am very happy with my purchase, it had great value. The same manufacturer is sold on Amazon.com for $20-30.00 more depending on the seller who is offering it.

PLEASE enforce masks. PLEASE follow the laws. Disgusting.

We've been going to this antique store for a long time, even before they moved into their current…read morelocation. The week of January 11th, 2021 when I entered the store I was shocked to see owners (or I think they are) not wearing masks. I realize for some people this is a personal choice yet when one is running a business and elect not to wear a mask is unsetteling. One other employee was there and she never wore a mask. At that point I should have left the items I intended to purchase yet I thought I would distance myself. Then there were a small family of customers that weren't wearing masks either! Went to the counter to pay, used the hand sanitizer that was on the counter and the lady checking me out scolded me as the sanitize was runny and got on a newspaper! Excuse me, not my fault the stuff was like water. I don't like wearing a mask yet with a spouce with COPD and taking care of a 92 year old mother in law, I don't have a choice. Plus I'm a 70 year old that does not want to get COVID. I will never set foot in that store again. Instead I'll make the short drive to MI where store owners adhere to the requirements. Product wise it's a nice store with variety. Take your chances entering this establishment. My husband loved going through their old LP records yet there are too many other antique stores in the area that sell them too.

If this let me give a review of 0 stars i would. My mom bought a custom made dinning room table…read morethat was supposed to be made out of reclaimed barn wood. When it was delivered the edges weren't smooth and if you looked on the underside of the table it was VERY obvious it wasn't barn wood. Called the Lady that owns this place and she played dumb like she had no idea. So after several back and forth conversations they remade a table top and were supposed to come to our house and change out the tops (attaching to the legs). The guy they hire to drop off the tables refused to help assemble. just dropped off a table top and let me add its still not reclaimed barn wood. We were even told by an employee that they just cut down trees and let them age a little and use those. NOT barn wood so this owner is very dishonest. The new top has 2 supports underneath that are NOT even One goes all the way to the edge and the other is inset like it should. It looks terrible and they paid good money to be ripped off.
