Kim calls the day before to confirm. Hours later she calls and asks if I was planning on buying the door myself. Me: I don't know, can we talk tomorrow? Kim: If you buy the door it will be $900 to install. Do you still want to do it? Me: You haven't even looked at the door!?@&$/. I couple years ago a coworker had a terrible experience with this company. I decided to at least get a quote because they are local. I couldn't even get them to look at the house!?@&$/.

I hired them to take down a load bearing wall only to learn that…read morethe wall had too many A/C ducts heading to the 2nd story and to continue would cost thousands more. We learned of this after they completely skinned the wall. We asked them to rough in a ceiling light when they had the drywall off one side prior to re-drywalling, and no we are unable to find where they roughed it to. Now I need to hire an electrician to fix the mess and a drywall contractor to fix the wall again. When they re dry walled, there's no way they put any barrier to stop the dust and debris from reaching other parts of the house. My entire home, basement to 2nd floor, was nothing but a mess and a cloud of dust. It was a horrible experience and I could never, in good faith, recommend this contractor. Jeff and staff had no empathy nor did they care one bit about my home and the mess. I'm sick that this continues to be an issue, and now that I'm in the process of selling my home, it's even more of an issue for the new buyer.

He said to feel free to call the office with any questions. He also gave us directions to the office (store) so we could go and see displays ( and try them out). Braydon did the install. I can't say enough good things about this young man. He was extremely courteous, saying yes ma'am and no ma'am, worked hard with no breaks, including lunch and cleaned up when he was finished. He even used a whisk broom & dust pan. The trash was put in a large bag and then into his truck, NOT in my trash. He made sure to ask my opinion on where to put the grab bars and the portable showerhead. This is a company I would love to have do any other work in my home.

The installer was respectful of her home and clean cut. We were supposed to have 2 grab bars and they only brought one, but they came the next day with the other one. My mom is now able to stay in her home and shower safely.
