We got a very reasonable quote and it was actually on the low side. I was concerned especially when it comes to something this important. But we did not have much money left after buying a house so we decided to go with them. Well, the roofers came a few weeks later after faxing over a signed binding contract. They worked their arses off to get it done in 2 days. The only beefs I have was them not letting me know the day they were going to show up, the taking down of the sattelite dish and putting it back on wrong. They did come back to repair the mess a few days later. Only time will tell if the roof holds up but it looks great.

Last time we spoke, they said we were at the top of the list once the weather broke. It's been fine on 3 different occasions since then. I emailed them on Monday. No reply. I called today and their voicemail says to call during normal business hours. It's 9 am!!! It IS normal business hours. Odds are, we have more damage now since the snow and ice we've had. We will be hiring someone else. It's not a full roof job. It's a hole that needs fixed. Their customer service is terrible!
