Every contact we have had with Wolverine employees has been a delightful experience. Recently during the annual service, the technician took the time to explain the things we needed to watch for which we found very helpful. I did not realize that after a long usage, due to an outage, the oil needs to be checked. I also did not realize that Wolverine left a quart of oil in the generator to use if needed.
