The technician entered my attic, spread insulation all over my house, BROKE one of the lights, went the the store and bought a new one (completely different) to replace it, THAT new one fell out of the ceiling that night. The one that broke left shards of glass all over my daughter's room and bed. So then I have a light fixture hanging 2 feet down into the middle of my daughter's room and glass everywhere. I tried to call the owner every day for 3 weeks and he would never take or return my call. Sherry would never put me through to him. PLEASE do not call this company. See attached one shard of glass left on her BED! And light hanging from the ceiling.

He was insistent that we were going to have power back up the same day. They came around 9, and by the time they coordinated everything with I and M, we had our power back up by 3 pm. That is above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend Welsh and Sons for electrical service. Jeff was fair, kind, and a pleasure to work with.

Called back today and told, well, we're really busy. I understand your busy, but how does that excuse ignoring my request for service? I was not told you were too busy to give me service. I was told you would call me back to schedule service. The lady today was rude and hung up on me. Not a place I would recommend calling because remember, THEY ARE TOO BUSY.
