They replaced the A-coil and outdoor condenser unit for our non-working central air, and they did it for substantially less than any other estimate from the well-know big brand names in town. After reviewing the invoice, I had to seek legal advice and confirmed through an independent witness that the technicians were on site for only a few hours. We ultimately reached a resolution after considerable back-and-forth. I would recommend asking for a written estimate and a clear explanation of hourly billing before authorizing work. Write down everything and do not proceed unless you have a written estimate you agree with.
