A week later, I called again and was told it takes 7 to 10 business days for the transaction to be cancelled. On the 10th day, I got a notice that the purchase had been cancelled so I sent an email to find out why I was being notified if it was cancelled 2 weeks ago. Finally notified my credit card company it was fraud and got my money back. Ace finally credited me for returning items I never purchased in the first place. The woman I talked to was a little rude. They didn't take any responsibility for their mistake and acted like I was being unreasonable for trusting them to have done what they said they would do. Never again !!!

This cool quaint hardware store really had everything anyone would need for home repairs of any kind for that matter any project you have in mind I'm sure this establishment would definitely have the things that you need to accomplish it. The best part about it was the gentleman working had excellent customer service skills and actually walked us around the shop to help us find the different items we might need.
