I talked to a salesperson the night before who said I would get the membership for $5 and then I can get some additional money off the item I am buying. Not true. Sounds like they are paying the memberships. She wouldn't refund the membership once I paid for it Won't be going back. Very deceptive.

For as long as they have been in Auburn, we've never seen another employee in the store. Light staff? Very light staff? I recently bought an old house and have multiple projects in the work. My realtor recommended…read moreCopper River Cabinet Company so I decided to give them a shot. I'll admit, the first time I came in to look at new countertops, I had to scout out an employee myself because they were all sitting in the back and no one came to see if I needed anything. Not a huge deal because it doesn't take much effort to go find someone but just thought I'd point it out because it was a common theme in other reviews. That part is true-the employees could take more initiative to seek out new customers just so they know they are noticed. But the designer I worked with, Brandi was excellent. We were able to knock out every detail of my countertops and I felt really good about the process. I came back in one time to finalize the deal and ended up buying one of their pieces in the back. It was discounted and still in great condition so I thought why not. Anyway, I had come with my mom and grandma and I'm not a very big person myself, but we were just planning on c setting it out. One of the guys who worked there offered to carry it for us and get it in the truck, which was super helpful and kind. The day that they came to install the countertop, they were on time, polite, and did an excellent job installing everything as well as answering my questions. I'm 24 and a first time homeowner so a lot of this stuff is over my head but they were patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. Not only that, but they went above and beyond in making sure the countertop was perfect, even rehanging cabinets that were crooked per the previous owner. I didn't like the old countertop because it was ugly and poorly done but seeing some real professionals install this new countertop was super encouraging. They also installed the new cabinet I had bought on discount in the back and extended the countertop. I was SUPER impressed with the final result and I'm so glad I used Copper River! I would definitively recommend them to anyone trying to redo your home. The prices were great, the workers are professional, and the product is fantastic! Thanks so much Copper River for the great experience!

The new flooring on my stairs is already off the day after they removed the tape and said it was good to go. They completely forgot to trim my kitchen. My BRAND NEW sliding door/screen was ruined by this company and they didn't even care! They used spray foam on a part of the flooring they were "fixing" and the foam went up the screen door and attached it. We did get the screen slider broke free but now it does not slide properly and there is no way to get the foam out of the actual screen. This door was less than a year old. Talked to the manager and it was excuse after excuse. They gave a "discount" on our final bill which was a LIE. Simple math tells anyone 6K off 15K does NOT equal 14K. We also had one room not even touched and they still charged for it. The work quality is trash! We had to hire another company to come in and repair at least one thing in every room. Do not waste your time or money on this place if you want it to look good. This is the Fort Wayne IN location. They are posting my location as CA which is weird. I can only think they don't want people to think this review is for the Fort Wayne location but it is!
