They seemed much more interested in getting me out the door so they could leave then adhere to my needs.. I will not be conducting business again with Harmony Outdoor Equipment.

I went in to ask for our money back, and they told me that we can't ever get our money back because it's special order. This was news to us. We paid for the couch and have yet to receive said coach, they will not give us even an idea of when it will be in, and they will not give us back our money. At this point, it feels as if they have essentially stolen $3000 from us, refusing to refund our money or provide a date of delivery for the couch. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this place. The customer service is non existent.
