I found Tony Hedrick. Upon talking to him, I found him to be personable yet professional, and knowledgeable to his trade. Part of his service is picking up and dropping off the lawn mower at a reasonable rate. That set him above the rest, right from the start. We thought the transmission was gone. Tony has the contacts to find the parts needed for older mowers. Our mower is in very nice condition and has only used 1/2 its working life. So we knew it was worth repairing. Tony discovered it only needed a part to the transmission, which he was able to get without replacing the entire tranny. He is honest and did not charge us for any unnecessary work. He cleaned up under the mower, sharpened the blades, fixed a couple other items, and did a thorough check of it. It runs better than it has in a long time. However, I wish they would get a better selection of hanging house plants. They keep getting golden pothos. Yes, they are gorgeous. But we want some other types & varieties.
