I included a picture of one of their printers and you can easily look online and it's cheaper at multiple other stores. They used to have coupons online which you need to hunt for Beck and either get you bonus rewards back. This could be quite a deal if something is on sale such as a high-end office chair that you can't find elsewhere. The one thing that was frustrating though is they did not email me that my rewards were expiring so I ended up losing $50 in reward credit. also one pro tip you can assemble the chair yourself instead of paying them the $30-$50 because it's quite easy. They also have a lot of other computer services such as removing the trial aware on their laptops which I think you could do yourself. If you buy anything online, you can have it picked up at curbside especially those large items such as office chair. Overall, I'm still happy that this place has not gone out of business like OfficeMax or staples. It's nice to have a variety to shop at or at least a window browse.

They come out from the aisles to literally scold and harangue you for using the "wrong word" while you're trying to check out. Yes, you too can enjoy this kind of superior customer service at Office Depot you if you use a word they don't like. I was told by a manager, "We expect a certain level of professionalism" while trying to leave. Maybe take your own advice. You sell printer paper. Get over yourselves. I'll admit, these folks are ahead of the curve. This happened some time ago. They were "woke" when it was only "politically correct." Next time you stop by, be sure to use the descriptor, "gay" and you too can watch the employees turn feral.

He was able to find shirts, belts, pants, and other clothes that perfectly fit him without needing tailoring. The price is pretty reasonable as well. You can also bece a rewards member so that after spending a certain amount, you can get rebates for future purchases. Great store! Finally found a place where my brother can get clothes that fit him easily!

There were about two sales people on duty on this day. The male representative was friendly and professional. We didn't need much help so can't tell you how knowledgeable he was on his product lines. I bought a ring here and at another R&H story in another city. The rings I bought pair together…read morelike a bridal set although the stone is not a diamond. the problems I've had repairing the engagement ring is beyond difficult. The shank on the engagement ring thinned and broke, so I asked to have the rings soldered together. When I got the ring back, it didn't fit on my ring finger. It was suggested that I wear it on a different finger since "it's a cocktail ring" and if I wanted to get it sized for my ring finger, I had to pay more money. I was not happy, but i had no alternative. I paid more money, got the ring back and the soldering broke. They repaired it and it broke again. Now, they told me they would have to take the rings apart and give me the wedding ring back, then repair the engagement ring because it had the protection plan but the other ring didn't. So basically, I spent $220 to have my rings soldered, to break twice and then taken back apart. This could have been avoided if they just fixed my ring right the first time. If they couldn't solder it properly so it would fit and not break, why did they take my money? The worst part is, they deflected the blame to me, saying "you bought a cocktail ring" (so like why would we even care if it doesn't fit on your ring finger?) and " it's thinning out because you've had it for several years." Yes, but I gave it to you to fix it, which you did not. The worst customer service takes no accountability and blames the customer. I won't buy anything at R&H again
