He spent many hours on the phone with their previous carrier trying to retrieve their Transfer Pin in order to officially switch to Verizon. This ended up being a two day ordeal. There's no way we could have done that on our own, as we are not tech savvy people at all. I honestly kinda wanted to cry a little bit out of frustration about halfway through day two of dealing with Straight Talk's customer service reps, then trying to port over the number. He again called on our behalf and finally got it done for us! This man has the patience of a Saint, I tell you. Give him a raise pretty please!!!

I sat back and watched the store manager, Daryl Barron, literally give the best show on "multitasking" that I have EVER witnessed! This guy had all of us in AWE on his customer service skills, and I think I know a thing or two regarding customer service as I was one for a major Orthopedic company for over 40yrs!!! As he struggled with T MOBILE server issues that would NOT allow him access to various codes, his computer and his tablet were all in front of him and his phone in his ear as he tried to get the couple in front of me their purchased set of new phones activated AND switched over from Sprint to T mobile And then the new Sim card issue.....Never once did Mr. BARRON loose his cool, or did his voice waver, he was just Mr. COOL doing his UTMOST to satisfy this couple...he was DANCING up a storm, he was GRACEFUL, ALMOST POETIC as he handled each and every hurdle he came upon....it was honestly....the BEST reality t.v. I have seen!!! Every chance he got he apologized to me and reassured me I was next, I repeatedly told him I was fine watching him work while my butt just sat...fascinated at his skills!!! I left that store an hour and 40 minutes after I had walked in...time had flown by as we all watched Mr. BARRON treat each and every one of us as if we were the only person that mattered to him. I can't say enough about this guy!!! I just hope he gets the recognition from his managers cuz this guy Is a KEEPER!!! As I said, we don't have a store were I live. It's thirty minutes depending on traffic to get to this store...but this guy is MY CHAMPION!!! And I can't finish this review without mentioning SHAQ....he took every other customer that he could help!!! I left and I think there were ten people waiting...WAITING FOR THE BEST TWO GUYS, WORKING THEIR BUTTs OFF!!! THEY SERIOUSLY ROCK!!! YA GOTTA GO HERE!!!

It's like all you do is get the run around, they make you jump through all these hoops, you can't talk to a live person or email anyone. I can see how they make all their company by ripping customers off. We filled out all this crap and then we were told to pick from 3 different pair because the pair they sold us, they don't even make anymore. The pair that we picked are all of a sudden out of stock. They want you to mail them back in a box we never receive because we purchased in store. People need to avoid this place if you really value your money. The products and service are horrible.

I wanted to get a nice gift for myself, but could not think of what. While walking thru Glenbrook Square Mall, I saw Sunglass Hut. I realized I should buy some sunglasses as I was planning a huge trip to a sunny location in 2023. I started going thru the store and trying on glasses. I got helped by a very helpful and kind employee by the name of Kerati. She recommended the two pairs of glasses I took pictures with. Now, for the longest time I wore glasses. It wasn't until relatively recently I got lasik surgery and was able to see without them. Though I had bought nice sunglasses before, I never had been able to buy aviators because of the thickness of my prescription. I had always wanted to wear some, so this was finally my opportunity! I got those aviators! I think I look really cool in them! Kerati rung up the pair, i paid it with those gift cards and on I went. Fantastic experience!

I bought a desk chair here and it was the best one I've ever had. We come every few months. I like the selection of printer paper and stationary they have. They aren't that Ugh more pricey than a big box store and I love the smell of fresh paper products. Lol. They have so many more items than you'd think. It's just fun to persuade the isles and see what else you can purchase but don't need!! Haha. Located in a shopping strip off Lima road has a shared parking lot with many other stores but there's always plenty of good parking and the parking lot is in great condition. They have curbside pick up if you I order online too. Def recommend.

I bought a ring here and at another R&H story in another city. The rings I bought pair together…read morelike a bridal set although the stone is not a diamond. the problems I've had repairing the engagement ring is beyond difficult. The shank on the engagement ring thinned and broke, so I asked to have the rings soldered together. When I got the ring back, it didn't fit on my ring finger. It was suggested that I wear it on a different finger since "it's a cocktail ring" and if I wanted to get it sized for my ring finger, I had to pay more money. I was not happy, but i had no alternative. I paid more money, got the ring back and the soldering broke. They repaired it and it broke again. Now, they told me they would have to take the rings apart and give me the wedding ring back, then repair the engagement ring because it had the protection plan but the other ring didn't. So basically, I spent $220 to have my rings soldered, to break twice and then taken back apart. This could have been avoided if they just fixed my ring right the first time. If they couldn't solder it properly so it would fit and not break, why did they take my money? The worst part is, they deflected the blame to me, saying "you bought a cocktail ring" (so like why would we even care if it doesn't fit on your ring finger?) and " it's thinning out because you've had it for several years." Yes, but I gave it to you to fix it, which you did not. The worst customer service takes no accountability and blames the customer. I won't buy anything at R&H again
