And I went and spoke with a guy and he was well-rounded and we discussed many things which tell me a lot about him and the money is the most important thing actually if I can get it all together I would actually spend 10 to 20 more to try to find a battery with 500 to 2,000 more mah capacity and seals which are better to ensure the ip68 rating is retained. And I intend to possibly find a second screen case 450 to $80 unused online I saw recently so it's going to be an investment of the 70 plus maybe 10 to 20 more plus 50 to 80 for the second screen in case and it will revive a phone which was possibly LG's best ever. And this guy also attempted to help people with low income by undertaking an endeavor with the ACP and it's too bad that he fell upon a bad company. But you can tell like some companies he didn't make much if anything off of it but probably lost money. That's too bad cuz this looks like an excellent business for fort wayne. The phone had been working just fine, and I only wanted to be proactive in getting it fixed. Fast-forward three days after their repair, and the same lens is cracked again, despite no drops, bumps, or accidents. I took it back, assuming a business with "CPR" in the name might stand by their work. Wrong. They claimed the crack was due to a "puncture" and refused to honor their warranty, even though I had done absolutely nothing to cause damage. I asked what good a warranty is if it doesn't cover a repair that clearly didn't hold up, and they basically shrugged it off. Honestly, I would have been better off keeping the original, lightly cracked lens than paying for a replacement that failed within days. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this place with a phone case, let alone a repair.

This is the second experience with uBreak. The store is small but does have two seats to wait on…read moreservice to get with you or to be completed. The on line scheduling process was easy to use. Each time I showed up early the attendant got me started without waiting. The attendant was as friendly as a technician type person could be. During my first time...the attendant sized up my Xbox problem and gave me wise advice. I decided not to have them fix the issue as it wasn't worth the cost. On this occasion...my problem was easy. I needed a battery changed on my iPhone. When I got there they didn't have a battery to replace it with. This despite knowing three days in advance that they needed one for this model. Then I hit a text an hour before my appointment reminding me to come in...to replace the battery I need that they didn't have. So..they wanted my time. Though they offered to order the battery and fix the phone in four additional days. The good news is they gave my a referral to store they solved my problem the same day.
