They said they couldn't do it, as my hard drive had crashed. They said they could send it out for data recovery, however, it would take two to three months, and would cost a minimum of $400 dollars. I panicked! The daily operations of my business were on that computer. I called Fort Wayne IT Solutions and spoke with Austen. This was at about 5 minutes before they closed. He said that he thought he could fix the problem and would wait for me to get there. I dropped off the laptop, and he called me early afternoon on the following day, and said the data was all transferred. Lightning fast turnaround, and a fraction of what the other place quoted! Cameron Konuch ran a quick check on it and said it was an inexpensive laptop and it had reached the end of its useful life but it appeared to him that he could recover all of the information on the hard drive. So he took it into the back room and subsequently recovered all of the information and images from it put it on an 8GB stick all in less then one hour. The service was fast, reasonably priced and I left about an hour later happy and non the worse for wear. He suggested that I not buy another inexpensive laptop and made several suggestions for upgrading to a better one.

The phone had been working just fine, and I only wanted to be proactive in getting it fixed. Fast-forward three days after their repair, and the same lens is cracked again, despite no drops, bumps, or accidents. I took it back, assuming a business with "CPR" in the name might stand by their work. Wrong. They claimed the crack was due to a "puncture" and refused to honor their warranty, even though I had done absolutely nothing to cause damage. I asked what good a warranty is if it doesn't cover a repair that clearly didn't hold up, and they basically shrugged it off. Honestly, I would have been better off keeping the original, lightly cracked lens than paying for a replacement that failed within days. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this place with a phone case, let alone a repair.
