To be fair, I didn't buy anything. This store seems like it's trying very hard, lots of DVDs, a few video games but not many. If anyone knows my husband, they know he is a big movie collector. So when my friend in Fort Wayne told us about Mega Replay- we knew we had to come. We have been to all the Disc Replay locations in Indy so knew kinda what to expect as I believe they have the same overall owner. Mega Replay is massive- about twice the size of the stores in Indianapolis. The largest section they have are DVDs- which my husband was bummed about because he prefers Blu-Rays. They always have a sale going on and this weekend was buy 3 get 3 free so he found several movies to take home. They also have a large video game section. Everything is laid out nicely and they try to alphabetize each section so it's easy to find. The prices are decent for used movies- lowest price is about $3. Collectors items can get higher. If you love physical media, this is the place for you. read more

Scam place, took bunch of stuff there, including audio speakers for car and expensive camera, said hour and half yet took 3 hours..........imagine that. And then they rejected the camera and few other stuff but took movies games a ps3 and tv sound bar AND blue ray player........$62 for that? All of the negative comments you see on here are not true. Yes they buy use items for cheap and resell for a higher value. How do you expect a company like this to stay running? It's no different than a pawn shop. But at least you know your getting working equipment. And a positive experience. I have been there multiple times. I have never had an issue. And I have never waited more than 15 minutes on the weekend when there is a line our the door. Heck I have even bought games there that they gave me more value for For in store credit then when I initially bought the item from them. If you don't like their prices then go somewhere else! You don't have to buy or sell their. And good luck getting a better price....That's not a back street alley with some person you met online that may be there to buy, or rob you.. I really like this store. I don't make it over to Fort Wayne often, but every time that I do I make it a point to stop here. Even if I'm not actively looking for something, I find something. Their selection and prices are some of the best out there, and the store is super spacious, which is a plus because I've been to plenty of used media stores, most of which you barely have room to turn around in. However, I must make a point to mention that their stickers suck. I've been to a lot of Disc Replay stores in Indiana. Highland, Merrillville, Mishawaka, all of the Indy area stores...all of them have stickers that come off of their products clean, and with minimal effort. Not Mega Replay. I don't know what it is, but the stickers they use NEVER come off of anything clean. I have ruined many covers of DVD's and other items by trying to take the price sticker off. As a collector, this is very enraging. I'm not building a massive DVD collection or anything, I just like my stuff to look nice and neat and clean and that is impossible to do when you buy something from Mega Replay and try to take one of their stickers off. And when it's on something that is actually collectible, and worth something, and you, the consumer, damage it thanks to a sticker the store put on it...holy hell. Please, Mega Replay of Fort Wayne, do something about your price stickers and change them to something better. You are top notch in every other aspect, with these nightmare stickers being your lone downfall. Change that and you're golden. Please. read more

Service sucks here. I stand around for 10 minutes waiting for help. On the weekends it takes 45 minutes to get through a check out. The selection here sucks unless you want a movie. There are no psp systems, no sega saturn, no regular gameboys or wii u consoles, no ps2s or ps3s. Theres no ps vitas. They arent what they used to be. They never have the good games. I tried to find the same ps2 game here for years and they never have it. And its not rare. They need to put money back into the store or its gonna be another mcvans- out of business. They sold me a PS2 console that lasted 6 plays and went junk. They wouldn't make it right. Won't go back.

The store was not stocked for as much space they had though that's not why my rating isn't five star. My rating is a lower one for two reasons first this was the first time I have been in the store so I can't say that they consistently hold a good standard and two it took a little bit longer than it should have for an employee to notice we needed help and help us and then afterward we had many people ask us one after the next if we needed help which showed a lack of attention to detail. Mega replay is a bittersweet movie and video game store. The prices are cheaper than GameStop but, everything is used. For example I once bought a watchdogs game but, the install disc was missing. With the movie section you may get the one you want but, you'll spend some time looking for it. read more

Took my former iPhone there to sell since I upgraded to a newer model. They only offered me $40. Retail on it was $150. I was hoping for at least $75. I declined their offer took the phone home and listed it on eBay. Sold the phone a day later. Shipped the phone to my customer and couple days later they tell me it's icloud locked! I had removed all of my info and turned find my phone off. I was not sure how it could be I cloud locked? I had my customer send me pics of the email address it was locked to and sure enough it belonged to disc replay. I called them and asked them to remove the device from iCloud. They treated me like I was an idiot. I worked for a cell phone company for 17 years half of them in tech support. I KNEW what I was talking about. They tried blaming me saying it was my ID and password when it clearly wasn't. What kind of "business" puts their own personal info in a customers phone? Very unprofessional! Mega Replay is a mixed bag. Sometimes you can find a decent deal, but if you don't take the time to look up info on what you are getting and what condition it is really in, chances are you will get ripped off--I've seen it happen. And here is the real kicker, they won't refund any of the electronic items you purchase, you only get in-store credit. This is pretty much a deal breaker for me and most of the people I know. I've seen this really hurt people, which is why I feel it is relevant to the review. I've seen people go in looking for something specific, or see something they liked, only to have it fail or something not work right on it and the store say, "too bad, here is some credit, good luck, I hope you find something worthwhile," and they end up getting really burned. This wouldn't be a big deal if they always told you about this upfront, but this isn't always the case. I should also mention that they have about the slowest retail experience I think I have ever dealt with. Seriously, if you plan on stopping by, plan on it taking a healthy chunk of time. The system they have in place is seriously lacking and the employees are not always very attentive to buyers. It is not uncommon to see people having a hard time getting someone's attention to help them. Which is funny when there is like 6 people standing behind the desk and 4 of them act like they are too good to even look at customers. Great store that offers a price point that is seriously hard to beat. Yelp reviews are worthless just like any other store because you can literally make a review in under 10 seconds without even making an account so all of the negative comments are from customers who probably didn't get the money they thought their games were worth. Hilarious comments from people who got offered less at a pawn shop, more here, but still sell here and complain. Nobody forces you to sell your items, they offer and you can leave. As far as cleanliness, I hope the people leaving negative reviews about this don't go to the Wal-Matt in the same plaza which is literally known as "The Dirty Wal-Mart." You May have to wait if they are busy but, try asking for help from anyone behind the counter and they'll jump to pretty quickly. Most times they approach me, unless I'm in the DVD side of the store.
