This location offers a rather specific genre focus we found out, a lot of unique and collector centric vinyl with a mostly broad selection of hard rock, classic, and alternative, little for us budget stuck young kids. But would certainly be exciting for the old fashioned purist devoted to the analogue format and established names, a smattering of new artists as well gave us pause but eventually realized upon inquiry the other store is the bigger and more token forward for the younger generation. I still had a fun time listening to the owner speak in a comic book styled script going full nerd on music gossip with a customer. This is a top-notch used bookstore, both in terms of quality and quantity. Not only are there…read moremultiple rooms (main, back, and downstairs), but the bookshelves nearly go to the ceilings and stepladders/stools are necessary to explore the top 2-3 shelves for even the tallest customers. I spent most of my time in the back room and found several hard to find books in a pretty short time, and left with a big stack and $100 poorer. Specifically, their history, religion, philosophy, nature, and psychology sections were impressive and well-curated. I didn't look at much fiction, but there was plenty of it. The crafts/hobbies sections seemed to skew more towards male-dominated hobbies. The atmosphere of the place was just great and any book lover owes a trip here if they are within 50 miles and have a few hours to spare, although it would take days to look through a good portion of it. Keep in mind that there are maps of the sections and there is also parking behind the building, which seems to go overlooked. To date, this is one of my favorite bookstores of all-time.

They have loads of dvds/blurays, cds, some books/manga, old and new games and systems, and some awesome collectibles. The employees definitely were the cherry on top. He was telling us about the setup of the store, deals the have and about their trade in policies (which are the states policy and super intense to stop stolen items from being sold. They even do fingerprints). My husband is officially obsessed with this store and if he could live here he would. We had to go back to the hotel to grab a game to trade in and on the way back he said "I love this place. I know we aren't there but I'm going to talk like we are because my soul is there". A girl greets me and says it's going to be a few minutes if I want to look around As I am waiting she pulls out every album and checks them. A few minutes later this dude looks through my albums. She says to the other employee "most of them look okay" He Hands one back to me and offers me $5. I was so confused and responded I don't know what you're talking about I'm just trying to buy these. They both apologized and looked shocked. Then when she rings me out she charged me $1 for the .25 cent record he refused to take! It's just odd they both downgraded the albums and then argued about the priceI was trying to BUY from them. Anyway I still bought them. Support Local Businesses.

I was very excited to see so many Criminal Minds dvds.  Everything was decently priced but he is willing to haggle" which is the best part of any resale store.  On top of that, don't forget that awesome 15% off any used item.  I got season 10 of Criminal Minds for $10 which was perfect for me.  Will be back in the future for more fun finds.

I love the two main guys that work here. They are so nice & respectful I don't feel safe in Muncie…read morein many places. But here I do, I can relax and just look through film. It's always so chill. I don't like how they have had to shove everything together now. I know movies compared to games is not where they make their money. Now it takes a little longer cause I try to go twice a week. To check for anything new. So I could look fast & then head out if needed. But I get it it's not a big deal.
