And I went and spoke with a guy and he was well-rounded and we discussed many things which tell me a lot about him and the money is the most important thing actually if I can get it all together I would actually spend 10 to 20 more to try to find a battery with 500 to 2,000 more mah capacity and seals which are better to ensure the ip68 rating is retained. And I intend to possibly find a second screen case 450 to $80 unused online I saw recently so it's going to be an investment of the 70 plus maybe 10 to 20 more plus 50 to 80 for the second screen in case and it will revive a phone which was possibly LG's best ever. And this guy also attempted to help people with low income by undertaking an endeavor with the ACP and it's too bad that he fell upon a bad company. But you can tell like some companies he didn't make much if anything off of it but probably lost money. That's too bad cuz this looks like an excellent business for fort wayne. My watches had mechanical issues (they simply aren't working), which I thought was a battery. When I came in to pick them up, I was told that it wasn't a battery issue. I then probed further, but the gentleman who was "helping" me shrugged his shoulders and told me they were not able to figure out the problems. I then asked if that was all, and he nodded and said I should take them elsewhere. He was actually quite rude and standoffish. So, it turns out, Bradley Gough are not "experts" in terms of watch repair and the information on their website is misleading. Which leads this potential customer to question whether they are experts at anything. Of course, maybe I was deemed not "important enough" as a customer, given what I came in for. After all, repairing a watch is a far cry from an engagement ring. The interesting twist is that I am actually mulling a major jewelry purchase, and was considering Bradley Gough. However, I will surely take my business elsewhere after this poor display of customer service and credibility.

MARSCHAND'S OPTICAL REPAIR RUINED MY GLASSES! I brought two…read morepairs of eye glasses to Marschand's Optical Repair on April 10th for a simple screw replacement on the temple arms. Both pairs were in good condition aside from the missing screws. A Marschand's employee said they could fix them both with no problem for $10 each. About 20 minutes later they brought my glasses back to the front desk. Immediately after putting one pair on, I noticed visible damage to the lenses. Both eye glasses were damaged; they each had spiderweb cracks and peeling from the tint on the lens. I returned to the counter and spoke with staff, including Cassandra, the owner. She denied damaging my lenses. She said, they only replaced the screws and then put the glasses in a "water bath" for cleaning. Her comments were the lens were defective, or perhaps damaged by the oils on my face or fingers. This explanation does not align with the condition of the glasses prior to service. Cassandra refused any responsibility. The only restitution she proposed: Cassandra offered - they could replace the lens in one pair of eyeglasses, if I had a recent prescription, for $70, but that would be with clear lens only - no tint. Her other offer was to put my glasses back into the "water bath" and see if it would take the rest of the "tint" off the lens. This experience reflects a lack of accountability and professionalism. I would STRONGLY NOT recommend having eye glasses repaired at Marschand's!

Apparently I never finished writing this review when I started it back in late October. My wife…read moreneeded her glasses repaired, and all the optical stores around us weren't equipped for that particular repair. Given the choice of spending hundreds of dollars for new frames and corresponding lenses, or making a 5 hour drive to Marschand's, we decided to make a long weekend out of it and made the drive to Ft. Wayne. It was the right decision. Marschand's got us in and out in about half an hour, for a total of $50, with friendly service while we waited in comfort. Definitely recommend.
