I included a picture of one of their printers and you can easily look online and it's cheaper at multiple other stores. They used to have coupons online which you need to hunt for Beck and either get you bonus rewards back. This could be quite a deal if something is on sale such as a high-end office chair that you can't find elsewhere. The one thing that was frustrating though is they did not email me that my rewards were expiring so I ended up losing $50 in reward credit. also one pro tip you can assemble the chair yourself instead of paying them the $30-$50 because it's quite easy. They also have a lot of other computer services such as removing the trial aware on their laptops which I think you could do yourself. If you buy anything online, you can have it picked up at curbside especially those large items such as office chair. Overall, I'm still happy that this place has not gone out of business like OfficeMax or staples. It's nice to have a variety to shop at or at least a window browse.

I was told by a manager, "We expect a certain level of professionalism" while trying to leave. Maybe take your own advice. You sell printer paper. Get over yourselves. He tells us that he has won't give us a refund. My girlfriend was on the phone with the guy explaining the whole thing in a calm manner. He then proceeded to say "shut up bitch" and hung up on her. He called back and said he's called security and the police and we will be kicked out. We never got a refund and they kept the case we wanted to return. All the worker(who doesn't speak good english) could say is "I just work" I've never written a review but I would never go here and they should be shut down if that's how they treat customers.

I took it to an Apple store in California and they said they couldn't fix it. Went back home and noticed that it was still responding to being plugged in and would even send me notifications. But the screen was still black. So a few days later I went back to the same Apple store and asked them once again to fix it...because it still works and I paid good money for 256GB to go to waste. I was told again that they couldn't fix it and that I could try taking it to a third party. I plan on getting a new phone soon but desperately need the photos and documents on this phone. icloud never synced either. So, I went to cell tech and he fixed my phone in an hour or two. He had to install a used screen because it was the only one that would work. The used screen was scratched up so he lowered the price and threw in a free privacy screen protector! I'm just happy to be back in business. I had an awesome experience! It's crazy he was able to fix what Apple was incapable of fixing. Five stars!
