I honestly kinda wanted to cry a little bit out of frustration about halfway through day two of dealing with Straight Talk's customer service reps, then trying to port over the number. I sat back and watched the store manager, Daryl Barron, literally give the best show on "multitasking" that I have EVER witnessed! This guy had all of us in AWE on his customer service skills, and I think I know a thing or two regarding customer service as I was one for a major Orthopedic company for over 40yrs!!! As he struggled with T MOBILE server issues that would NOT allow him access to various codes, his computer and his tablet were all in front of him and his phone in his ear as he tried to get the couple in front of me their purchased set of new phones activated AND switched over from Sprint to T mobile And then the new Sim card issue.....Never once did Mr. BARRON loose his cool, or did his voice waver, he was just Mr. COOL doing his UTMOST to satisfy this couple...he was DANCING up a storm, he was GRACEFUL, ALMOST POETIC as he handled each and every hurdle he came upon....it was honestly....the BEST reality t.v. I have seen!!! Every chance he got he apologized to me and reassured me I was next, I repeatedly told him I was fine watching him work while my butt just sat...fascinated at his skills!!! I left that store an hour and 40 minutes after I had walked in...time had flown by as we all watched Mr. BARRON treat each and every one of us as if we were the only person that mattered to him. When I POLITELY pointed out that it was a flat rate box (with a less expensive shipping price than I was being quoted) he puts a hand on his hip and says, "Yeah, if you go to the post office. We're not them." I returned later to get a key made and luckily got someone else to help, although ultimately I wasn't able to get the key either. At least he was reasonably human. I wasn't upset by the lack of service, but there is an appropriate way to speak to potential customers. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because I haven't had this issue before. He was thorough and told me the cost before I committed to the service. He got the work done in 35 minutes. The work performed solved my problem. The price was a tad more expensive than other places. I appreciate that they were open, without appointment, on a Sunday afternoon. My only real complaint is that there is no place to wait inside this large store. It seems they don't want you hanging around to wait on the service to be completed.

I wanted to get a nice gift for myself, but could not think of what. While walking thru Glenbrook Square Mall, I saw Sunglass Hut. I realized I should buy some sunglasses as I was planning a huge trip to a sunny location in 2023. I started going thru the store and trying on glasses. I got helped by a very helpful and kind employee by the name of Kerati. She recommended the two pairs of glasses I took pictures with. Now, for the longest time I wore glasses. It wasn't until relatively recently I got lasik surgery and was able to see without them. Though I had bought nice sunglasses before, I never had been able to buy aviators because of the thickness of my prescription. I had always wanted to wear some, so this was finally my opportunity! I got those aviators! I think I look really cool in them! Kerati rung up the pair, i paid it with those gift cards and on I went. Fantastic experience!

They have several styles to choose from depending on your usage. They have the customer stand on a scanner machine to determine pressure points, size, width. They point you in the right direction from there. The boots are expensive, but they are quality and meant to last up to 18 months. We will definitely be back!
