I called Midwest Locksmith and the dispatcher stated a tech would be out in 25-30 minutes. Ben pulls in within 30 minutes and reassures me he can fix our truck. I leave him to it and get a call 20 minutes later stating he is all done and the truck is fixed. Ben walked me through the reason we were having the issue and what he did to fix it, along with taking pictures throughout the process.
