I called Midwest Locksmith and the dispatcher stated a tech would be out in 25-30 minutes. Ben pulls in within 30 minutes and reassures me he can fix our truck. I leave him to it and get a call 20 minutes later stating he is all done and the truck is fixed. Ben walked me through the reason we were having the issue and what he did to fix it, along with taking pictures throughout the process. It only cost us a little over $300 dollars and genuinely saved us much more. This is a great company and will be the first people I call if I ever need a locksmith again.

The locksmith came out and had everything done within 30 or so minutes - so he was very efficient and knew what to do. The main issue is that this service cost me $300 after tax, while it only cost my brother $150 after tax for the exact same service of fob replacement and reprogramming the key to work with the car. My brother had his fob fixed only about a month prior to this so I cannot understand how there would be a 100% price increase within a month timeframe. In conclusion - the locksmith knows his stuff and will get the job done, but will change prices how he sees fit and not tell you this until after the service was complete. I was expecting to only pay the appx. $150 tab, same as my brother, but was then basically forced to pay double because the service had been completed and the locksmith was at my house to do the work with the car key fob. This is very unprofessional and predatory for a business to do after the fact, as I would not have called them if I knew about the insane price hike.

This has been an issue really since we moved years ago, but its one we kept putting off. Thing is it had gotten to a point where we needed to resolve it. When we moved, the old owners had no keys for our side door, back door and back screen door. We only had keys for the front door and screen door. Thing is, we also were starting to have issues with our front door lock, it was hard to unlock. So I started calling around for locksmiths. Some never bothered calling me back, some where trying to charge me a ridiculously high amount. A-AAA locksmiths called me back, set a relatively quick appointment and were reasonably priced. They also made the drive from Fort Wayne to my home in Van Wert. Service was excellent, we got our new locks and keys and we finally resolved this ongoing issue we had with our home. Dakota was punctual, professional, and very thoughtful of the work required, and how to best go about it. The demo work was very messy but Dakota was very careful to clean any debris left as he was transporting it out of the unit. He talked with me before he started to ensure he understood the vision and the look I was going for, as well as to ensure there wouldn't be any surprises or concerns raised afterwards. Dakota finished the work faster than I anticipated and always checked that I was satisfied with the finished product before he considered it done. I was scheduled to have the roof done on Thursday; however, SL Construction was able to get me in a week earlier. The crew arrived at 7 am sharp and only took them 10 hours to complete the project. They did shingles in the front of the house and flintlastic in the back. The color of the shingles flowed smoothly with the color of flintlastic. The crew cleaned up very nice, leaving no mess or nails. Steve Lengacher and Bob Hobbs were quick to respond when I had questions. They even called afterward to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this business and hope to do business with them again in the future.
