I was…read morepromised 50% off three items with the purchase of my I phone 14 plus and was met with on edge answers by a lady who said she had fired the employee who promised me the discount. then was offered a 25% discount and never received it with my 160$ purchase of upgrades for my phone then went back to the store and was rudely spoken down to repeatedly being told with any question I had that they were closed and to come back tomorrow while he was dealing with a customer he rudely told me again he was closed ignoring any thing I had to say . he could have at least told me how he was going to fix the problem and he was not closed the door was open and customers were in the store so I was not only being lied to but being spoken down to by a child posing as a customer service rep for Verizon.

This sounded like a great deal so I proceeded. I was shocked when I received my credit card bill for over $500 when the pay off for my phone was around $300. I called the store and was told Braden wouldn't be working there for a while. The manager was supposed to call me back to explain why the amount was higher than it should have been. I never received a call from the manager or Braden. I paid the bill and will never shop in this store again. Be aware it is not a real Verizon. You're better off driving to the corporate store in Coeur d'Alene, they'll take great of you.

I appreciated their kindness, letting me borrow their phone, dialing out a good number so I could get help over their phone at their billing office to help me resolve a bit of a headache billing issue I have had for 2, 3 months straight leading me to close my checking account with my bank of 5 years and also close my 4 year without interruption opened Verizon account with Verizon because of it. Sandpoint employees were not rude at all to me, on power trips as the people were who I experienced dealing with last week working at the Hayden office Main branch about a 50 minute drive away from this office. Hayden main office cared more about me giving them a payment more than anything else which I did not give them because I wanted my billing problem taking care of & resolved first. However, the local T-mobile retailer will have you wait hours just to turn in equipment. Then, after I turned in the equipment, and cancelled their terrible service, I received a bill threatening that I'd be sent to "collections," despite having only been a customer less than 2 weeks. Dealing with T-mobile in person and on the phone is frustrating. Non-english speaking tech support cannot solve problems. If you don't heed my cautionary tale you will learn the hard way.

We purchased two new TV's at Costco and wanted them to be wall mounted at our condo at Schweitzer…read more We also wanted them to be connected to Dish and not Schweitzer Cable. Finally the second TV was going to be installed upstairs in the loft and needed to be connected but no connection or wiring was in place. Adam and Lenny the owner made it all look easy. They installed the TV's, hooked it up to Dish and wirelessly connected the new TV in the loft. We now are ready for HDTV this winter and Zag basketball. We have had our condo for over 30 years and have experienced the joys and travails of finding people to perform various jobs at our condo. Lenny and Adam are part of the joy group. They arrived on the date we set, they did the job efficiently and with expertise, and the price was very very reasonable. If you suffer with Schweitzer Cable, give them a call.
