I shopped here in August to replace my phone. Braden was my sales person. He said if I pay off my current phone I would receive the equal amount in merch. This sounded like a great deal so I proceeded. I was shocked when I received my credit card bill for over $500 when the pay off for my phone was around $300. I called the store and was told Braden wouldn't be working there for a while. The manager was supposed to call me back to explain why the amount was higher than it should have been. I never received a call from the manager or Braden. I paid the bill and will never shop in this store again. Be aware it is not a real Verizon. You're better off driving to the corporate store in Coeur d'Alene, they'll take great of you. read more

Today Brayden & his co-workers at Sandpoint office at Verizon retail store on Superior Street helped me a lot. I appreciated their kindness, letting me borrow their phone, dialing out a good number so I could get help over their phone at their billing office to help me resolve a bit of a headache billing issue I have had for 2, 3 months straight leading me to close my checking account with my bank of 5 years and also close my 4 year without interruption opened Verizon account with Verizon because of it. Sandpoint employees were not rude at all to me, on power trips as the people were who I experienced dealing with last week working at the Hayden office Main branch about a 50 minute drive away from this office. Hayden main office cared more about me giving them a payment more than anything else which I did not give them because I wanted my billing problem taking care of & resolved first. If you stop in here be prepared to wait. Only one employee to help customers. Had to wait over 30 mins to find out they couldn't help me. Clean store, easy access but long waits if there are other customers in the store. read more

Went here to get my screen cover replaced and ask about lowering my bill. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Jeremy. I found out later that he is the manager. He was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. There were 2 other staff members helping other customers. One lady was overjoyed by the end of her transaction. Jeremy fixed my phone and got my bill lowered. No high pressure sales to upgrade my phone. And they do sales of certain items that go to charities. Was trying to get a phone set up for my mom as a birthday present. I live out of state, so I called to see if that were possible. Samuel answered and walked me through a few different options that seemed like they would work. I called my brother to help me get the phone picked up. When he went in, Samuel was trying to get him to open a new line and be an authorized user. When I called back, confused about the situation, Samuel's customer service was very patronizing. He kept telling me that it's ok that I'm wrong, I'm not understanding him, after I had told him my *only* priority at the time was to get my mom the phone. She knows her products and services well, is patient, addresses details we don't think of and communicates clearly. She stays the course until everything is perfect. I needed help setting up and switching over a new device from a different provider and Samuel went out of his way to call customer service and get it set it up for me. I have been trying to separate my bill from my ex's phone for the last 4 months, I was going to the other store in town and continued to get the run around and no help whatsoever. I tried the Sandpoint store on a last-ditch effort and thank goodness I did, Tonisha was amazing!!! I explained what I needed, told her the hoops I've jumped through, and she was on it! I was out of there in half an hour, my bill was split up, Verizon account setup, billing info updated and a great attitude the whole time. There's three places to do Verizon things in this town and they all do the same thing. The only thing to differentiate them is the customer service. Found this store to be the worst of the three in that department. read more

The store manager was very friendly and helpful in assisting me in setting up my new phone after I came in because I was having trouble setting it up from home. My old phone (antique flip phone) was completely dead after getting it wet so I came by. She gave me really excellent assistance despite the fact that there were a bunch of other customers there.
