She turned her back to me and went to work on her computer until I walked up and stood in front of her face. Even then she couldn't be bothered to look up as she asked if she could help me? 2. Neither she nor the young man working with her were able to help me with my issue, saying "I've never heard of that problem". Really, that's your response? And then to have her Google my issue as if I didn't do that at home? Only to have her suggest that I just redo my security features, as if I didn't already do that as well three times. What a complete waste of time. I bought my phone from you folks but that's the first and last time you'll get my business.

WARNING! If you are considering switching over to Verizon Cell Service, I highly recommend you take…read morethe time to drive down to Coeur d'Alene and DO NOT depend on the local Ponderay Verizon store for ANYTHING! The management there is kinda "Special", and not in a good way. My nightmare began when it required THREE separate trips to the Verizon store in order to switch my service over from T-Mobile- each requiring 2+ hours of my time. The service Rep COREY, finally figured it out and "Transferred my Account" over to T-Mobile, but (unbeknownst to me) forgot to transfer my 4 th line, which remained active with T-Mobile, and continued to get charged to my account. I was assured by Corey that "There was no further action required on my part, and my cell service had been 100% successfully transferred over to Verizon" but neglected to inform me about the additional line that was still active with T-Mobile. I will accept responsibility for not noticing the ongoing charges from T- Mobile, but after 3 months, I went to the Verizon store and asked them for the documentation to prove that they had processed the transfer correctly, they refused to provide it to me, saying that it would open them up to liability - by verifying they had performed the service that they assured me had been completed - so they refused to take responsibility for it I asked to speak to the manager KAI who was hiding in the back, and he refused to come out - instead he remained cowering in the back and sent over OWEN, who I am assuming was the "Store Muscle", who VERY RUDELY injected himself into a conversation that he knew nothing about, and abruptly informed me that "It's "COMMON KNOWLEDGE" that when Verizon says they are going to transfer your account over from another carrier, and will handle 100% of the transfer details with no further action required on my part, that "Everyone knows" it's NOT what they mean - and that you are still required to follow through with your previous carrier YOURSELF to complete the process on your own - because what Verizon is telling you IS JUST NOT TRUE! "Everyone knows that" according to muscle man, Owen. Well silly me, I did not realize this small but important detail and someone should have informed COREY about this fact, as he didn't have a clue either. Now T-Mobile is taking me to collections for $763 and Verizon refuses to go to bat for me - instead very abruptly asked me to leave and never address this matter with them again - defining it as "My Problem" I shared this story with my buddy Howard, and he said that he had the SAME EXACT experience and same exact dysfunctional service with the Ponderay Verizon Store, having to return TWICE, each requiring 2+ hours of his time for a simple transfer. So RUN, do not walk, to the nearest exit. NEVER GO THERE!

Oh my goodness, have I not written over you for this place yet?…read more Unfortunately, I have broken the phone screen on my phone twice within the last year. And when I say broken, I mean completely unusable. So the decision was either: get a new phone, or have it repaired. Well, if you haven't noticed, new phones cost like $1,800 bucks. And none of the cell phone carriers have incentives for loyalty programs, so they'll give you a new phone if you switch service or switch plans, but they won't give you a new phone if you've been a customer for 10 years... So in both instances I got the cell phone screen repaired. In both instances I called around to the three shops in Coeur d'Alene that do this kind of work, the other two shall remain nameless. Both times, CPR was the least expensive, with OEM parts. Add on top of that the repair only takes like one to two hours. And in both instances I got my phone back the same day. That's a recipe for a five star review. And continually earned service, although I hope I never have to get my phone screen repaired again. This last time I also had them install a screen protector, which normally I do myself, but it was also very inexpensive and it just made things easier for me with the new phone screen. So yeah, I hope I never have to use them again. But if I do, I'm not going to call the other two places next time I'm just going to go straight to cpr.

Before I signed up for internet through Northland I had heard all kinds of bad things about them…read morewhich left me wondering if I was making the best decision for my internet provider since I rely on my internet to keep me working since I operate a home office. I have now been with Northland for over 3 years and have been pretty happy with their service. Costumer service is awful most of the time they are rude and always seem to want to push you off to the next person, However their home technicians have always been great to me they take off their shoes before entering or put on booties over their shoes and go above and beyond to make sure that your problems are solved and that you are happy with your service. When I first signed up for Internet my connection was awful always in and out and never consistent it was really getting bad the first time someone came out it worked really well for about a month but after getting a technician out for the 2nd time they fixed it and I have been error free and steady fast internet ever since, They even gave me a new router because he said it would work so much better then what I had and it has. Rate wise I think they are reasonable for what options we have here in Sandpoint. So if you can get past bad costumer service I would give Northland a try it was worth it for us!
