    Can't even get 1 mb down, and we are paying for 70. This is not a rare occurrence in fact it's normal. This is basically robbery.

    I shopped here in August to replace my phone. Braden was my sales person. He said if I pay off my…read morecurrent phone I would receive the equal amount in merch. This sounded like a great deal so I proceeded. I was shocked when I received my credit card bill for over $500 when the pay off for my phone was around $300. I called the store and was told Braden wouldn't be working there for a while. The manager was supposed to call me back to explain why the amount was higher than it should have been. I never received a call from the manager or Braden. I paid the bill and will never shop in this store again. Be aware it is not a real Verizon. You're better off driving to the corporate store in Coeur d'Alene, they'll take great of you.

I appreciated their kindness, letting me borrow their phone, dialing out a good number so I could get help over their phone at their billing office to help me resolve a bit of a headache billing issue I have had for 2, 3 months straight leading me to close my checking account with my bank of 5 years and also close my 4 year without interruption opened Verizon account with Verizon because of it. Sandpoint employees were not rude at all to me, on power trips as the people were who I experienced dealing with last week working at the Hayden office Main branch about a 50 minute drive away from this office. Hayden main office cared more about me giving them a payment more than anything else which I did not give them because I wanted my billing problem taking care of & resolved first.     I seriously hate these giant conglomeration companies that treat their customers like a used doggie…read morebag. We have been having signal problems for the last few days. So they promised to send a technician (Mason) today, Sunday, between 8:00am and 12:00 noon. This morning, i got a call that narrowed it down to between 11:15 and 12:30. Then I got an email saying between 11:45 and 1:00. Then ANOTHER email a little later saying between 12:30 and 1:45. Then I called them and they said between 2:00 and 3:15! Now I am waiting on hold, and the only solution they can offer is either keep waiting, or re-schedule (so I can waste ANOTHER whole day!) Well, where the heck is he? I'm sorry, but at this point, they have ruined this beautiful Sunday for me and my family! Their final solution was to give me a credit on my bill for $5.83 and give me three months of HBO for free (but if I don't cancel then it continues at $15 per month). Not sure what to think, but I wish I could give DirecTV a call right now!

My bill keeps going up and I lose channels, if I want them back I have to pay for them. The customer service is rude and to do anything to my account there is a cost. I am leaving and will be going back to cable for at least they are regulated. Dish sucks
