Finally the second TV was going to be installed upstairs in the loft and needed to be connected but no connection or wiring was in place. Adam and Lenny the owner made it all look easy. They installed the TV's, hooked it up to Dish and wirelessly connected the new TV in the loft. We now are ready for HDTV this winter and Zag basketball. We have had our condo for over 30 years and have experienced the joys and travails of finding people to perform various jobs at our condo. Lenny and Adam are part of the joy group. They arrived on the date we set, they did the job efficiently and with expertise, and the price was very very reasonable. If you suffer with Schweitzer Cable, give them a call.

I have now been with Northland for over 3 years and have been pretty happy with their service. Costumer service is awful most of the time they are rude and always seem to want to push you off to the next person, However their home technicians have always been great to me they take off their shoes before entering or put on booties over their shoes and go above and beyond to make sure that your problems are solved and that you are happy with your service. When I first signed up for Internet my connection was awful always in and out and never consistent it was really getting bad the first time someone came out it worked really well for about a month but after getting a technician out for the 2nd time they fixed it and I have been error free and steady fast internet ever since, They even gave me a new router because he said it would work so much better then what I had and it has. Rate wise I think they are reasonable for what options we have here in Sandpoint. So if you can get past bad costumer service I would give Northland a try it was worth it for us!

This sounded like a great deal so I proceeded. I was shocked when I received my credit card bill for over $500 when the pay off for my phone was around $300. I called the store and was told Braden wouldn't be working there for a while. The manager was supposed to call me back to explain why the amount was higher than it should have been. I never received a call from the manager or Braden. I paid the bill and will never shop in this store again. Be aware it is not a real Verizon. You're better off driving to the corporate store in Coeur d'Alene, they'll take great of you.

So they promised to send a technician (Mason) today, Sunday, between 8:00am and 12:00 noon. This morning, i got a call that narrowed it down to between 11:15 and 12:30. Then I got an email saying between 11:45 and 1:00. Then ANOTHER email a little later saying between 12:30 and 1:45. Then I called them and they said between 2:00 and 3:15! Now I am waiting on hold, and the only solution they can offer is either keep waiting, or re-schedule (so I can waste ANOTHER whole day!) Well, where the heck is he? I'm sorry, but at this point, they have ruined this beautiful Sunday for me and my family! Their final solution was to give me a credit on my bill for $5.83 and give me three months of HBO for free (but if I don't cancel then it continues at $15 per month). Not sure what to think, but I wish I could give DirecTV a call right now!

I called Miriam and she was super helpful and got me hooked up quickly with quality reliable service. Her and David are a great resource for Internet service and the customer service is 5 stars all the way and worth the extra $$$. With no internet I don't make $$$$.
