The purposely took a longer drive to the location and didn't follow us adding 35 minutes to the charges. When asked, Sal lied and said there was extreme traffic on the highway to which I replied no there wasn't. I pulled over and waited for you and you missed my exit. He just shrugged his shoulders. They also have somebody new who can't back up a trailer to save his life. I wasted at least another 20 to 30 minutes watching him try to jockey a trailer. All those things would be fine if they didn't include them in my charge, but I got charged an extra hour for all this crud. Oh no, they did the job, but I can't say I was confident or happy at all during the process.

Despite multiple attempts…read moreto resolve the issue, our porta potty was not serviced for four weeks, even though their employees entered our property, which was captured on our security cameras. When we requested a refund after going three weeks without service, our calls were ignored, and no effort was made to correct the problem that week. We were charged the full amount despite not receiving the services we paid for. To make matters worse, we never received an apology, an email, or even a returned phone call regarding the missed service. We gave this company several opportunities to make things right, but the lack of communication, accountability, and reliability has been very disappointing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
