They were a no show until I called 3 times and then they finally showed up 3 hours later with no apology and did they clean out my septic? I am not really sure, they were there maybe 10 minutes with their 1960's truck, and I paid a higher price than I was quoted. Wish I would have called someone that was professional and had up-to-date equipment (buy a new truck!) that was on time for their job at a discounted cost.

When they got to the end where there was a gate closed the driver continuously pulled on the gate and now it will not open automatically with the fob. It worked perfectly fine before.! when the driver was told that it's a private road and that the gate was not accessible, he indicated he would just drive over the grass when he was told No he would not. He then decided to back up and drive down a private driveway which tore up the driveway because this is a big truck. When I called to complain to the company I was told I wasn't being polite enough for them and that they know it's a private road, but they don't feel like driving out of their way. My address is on that road and I'm not even allowed to walk on it much less drive on it so what makes these people think they're more important than me or anyone else? I would not use this company if they were literally the last ones on the planet they are rude, inconsiderate, and downright nasty!

I had sent him a floor framing plan but he said he went off what I told him. At first they took 3 days to return calls now we are up to 7 days. Steve literally had a tantrum when he walked in and the plumbers were still there. The plumbers and framers all thought he was a complete jerk. Bid an air return and never installed. Had to force him to install. Waited another 7 days days for return call and now final install won't be done for 6 weeks during heatwave & now it arrived damaged and now have to wait another week or 2. Said he would try to get us installed earlier if he had time but never ordered the heat pump so that was a lie!

I couldn't clean my own house as this is my vacation home and my equipment is 1,300 miles away. Anyways Jack showed up with top of the line equipment, and cleaning agents. Not a portable and some cheap detergent to clean with. He brought life back into my carpet, got all the dirt and stains out and even did some great upholstery work for me too. If you're looking for a great professional carpet, upholstery, and rug cleaner then Jack of Critical Carpet Care is your guy. I highly recommend them.
