Mrs runs the desk and office, Mr is in charge of security in just basic sense of the place. It is FORT KNOX there, Mr takes his job very seriously and I feel. I am very comfortable with my things at their place. I have called and spoken with both of them and also met Mrs in person. I LOVE speaking with Mr about worldly things and Mrs is kind and understanding. Their gate hours and access aren't the most convenient of other places, I'm sure due to a "mom and pop" place if you will (ONLY reason for four stars). However, knowing my things are safe and there are no "creepy" grounds keepers and such watching me and my storage unit is what I'm willing to give up. Thank you so much you two for the work you do to make me feel comfortable!!
