After reviewing all the bids, it was clear Summit was the team we wanted to work with. They were always on time and fully prepared. They kept me in the look at every step of the process. They have a system that texted me their arrival status so I knew when they would arrive. The install team was simply the best team I have ever worked with in my 67 years. They were efficient, fast, focused, skilled and very happy. They were singing while they worked and were nearly dancing on the rooftop. Just watching the teamwork was enjoyable, and even inspiring. This results in not solving the problems that you have with the roof. They don't bother looking in the attic to see if the roof is doing what it should be doing. This company also does gutters and installed "Rain/splash Guards. These help with rain splash but this is not recommended in snow country in general, as in the winter, snow backs up from this shield and creates ice dams, leading to roof leaks. Customers need to get educated / read as much as possible and use of common sense is needed as this area lacks reliable roofing companies.
