They also have somebody new who can't back up a trailer to save his life. I wasted at least another 20 to 30 minutes watching him try to jockey a trailer. All those things would be fine if they didn't include them in my charge, but I got charged an extra hour for all this crud. I contacted WeHaul to request an estimate for the move and left a message on their business voicemail. Without returning my call or obtaining my consent, the owner, Travis, contacted my ex-husband and disclosed information about my potential move. This communication was completely unauthorized and resulted in my ex-husband reaching out with veiled threats -- a deeply distressing and alarming outcome. Whether intentional or due to gross negligence, this represents a serious breach of client confidentiality and professional ethics. No reputable moving company should ever share private or identifying information about a potential customer with a third party, especially one outside the transaction. In my opinion, this conduct shows a complete lack of integrity, judgment, and respect for personal privacy. For anyone in a sensitive or high-conflict situation, I would not recommend WeHaul.
