I used to work for Jessi a year ago, I worked for her off and on for a while. This woman is outrageous. She wouldn't give me my last check. So I filed a wage and hour complaint because my time is valuable and my worth is more then letting a business owner bully me into taking my hard earned money. She now accuses me of trying to pull a scam through the department of labor. I did receive my last check after a lot of hassle and action with the department of labor but do not recommend working for or with this lady. I had originally put a 5 star review on Google, per her request well I worked for her. After everything she put me threw I changed review to 1 star, much deserved. And just tonight I saw her response to my review accusing me of the "scam" I have a 2 yr old daughter and this woman tried to withhold my money from me to be able to take care of my child and pay my bill. Queen of clean is great. They worked for us and cleaned our short term rental condo weekly for almost two years and hasn't missed a single cleaning. I trust them with the key to our condo 100% as they are very trustworthy. some reviews mention how clean the place is. When hard water deposits starts to build in areas around the shower they are on top of it. They also spent two days doing a deep clean on our other condo to get it ready to be a short term rental. I used their services for the first time at my condo on Schweitzer Mountain. Jessi came first and gave me a quote and explained some extras that they do as part of their normal cleaning. I hired her team and requested a specific two day window; no problem they were on it! My condo smelled and looked so clean; my husband noticed too and we were both very impressed. I contacted this business owner multiple times from February to March of this year. The owner had a personal emergency but said she had availabilities for me at the end of March. I waited, and also followed up with the owner via text, which is the communication method stated on the website. I had no response from her until April, and posted a review on Facebook. At that time, the owner did admit she was too busy to respond to my request. The lack of communication to potential customers is the basis for my one star review. It has nothing to do with cleaning abilities, as I never experienced those. It is solely based on my experience with the owner as a potential client. I certainly understand that people get very busy and it can be hard to keep up, however, as a business owner, customer service is crucial and responding to potential customers is common curtesy, especially if you have given them a time frame in which you can begin to work for them. Furthermore, and most inappropriately, after I posted this review, the owner took it upon herself to share my personal information, including my full name, profession, marital status and personal cell phone number, on her business page, stating she had "dodged a bullet working for me." All of this because I left a two line review stating she was unresponsive to potential customers. Unfortunately, I now must keep record and watch of that in case that information share has further implications. None of this information is available via my public profile on Facebook, and was only given to her in my private communications with her as a potential client. Not only that, but her friends started sending me inappropriate and harassing communications regarding this matter. The owner also threatened to tell other business owners to block me and refuse to provide me services, in doing so implying she would be sharing my personal cell phone number with them. All of these items are extremely concerning as a potential client, and at this juncture, I would like other potential clients to know about this lack of care and professionalism, especially regarding non-public personal information. It was an unfortunate situation to begin with, and only made worse and amplified by the extremely unprofessional manner in which the owner chose to respond. While it sounds like this owner has many happy clients, my experience was definitively lacking. read more
