"Worst Cleaning Experience Ever"…read more Punctuality is not there strong suit. This company was 30 mins late both times. Although 1 of the 2 female workers that arrived did a good job, the other spent 2.5 hours cleaning our oven, which only needed 20-30 mins of light cleaning. I periodically checked on this particular worker every 30 mins, and what do you know, she was in the same position. Minutes later, I hear lots of noise in our downstairs bathroom, so I assumed she was getting after it. Unfortunately, it appeared that she skipped cleaning the toilet, the shower, mirrors, windows and the countertops. I have no clue what she was doing. Later in the day, I began hearing lots of conversation, which led me to believe the job was finished. Boy, was I wrong! This worker did not sweep, mop, nor clean anything other than the inside of the stove. Eventually, we had to pull the plug and send them on their way. On top of that, we were informed by the owner that we did not have to pay any traveling fees in our previous conversation. As the workers were leaving, they insisted that there was a traveling fee. When we notified the owner of this, we were told they should have known there was no fee, since it was not too far of a drive. We did not receive any apology, just an excuse that one of the female workers was new. "The people you hire are a representation of your business." We will never use this company again, and we hope that you do your due-diligence and read these reviews, because they are very true. Thank you
