This required me to wait...currently over 25 minutes, while watching the CSR stand around staring at his phone. If this person is the Manager, I suggest a review of Corporate and Customer expectations...............immediately. Update: when I asked for the Manager, guess who was identified? After asking for the District Manager, I was told that only the Manager could provide that information. Since I refused to interact with the Manager, we appear to be at an impasse. I was finally given a phone number, no name and no answer. This is a joke, but not funny at all.

It included taxes and setup fees (which their rate sheet said they never did). I own a small business in downtown Seattle. I began this relationship around August of 2013 as I recall. It has been an absolute nightmare from the onset and still appears to be problematic. They have overcharged me, proven incompetent at rectifying the billing, been slow to address hardware and performance problems, .... like I said, a nightmare. I have had to contact this company at LEAST once per month since the inception of our relationship. It is costing me time and effort, not to mention constant aggravation. There have been occasions where I've had to hold for 45 minutes or more. There have been occasions where I've been spoken to as if I'm an idiot. There have been occasions where they have tried to charge me for correcting issues that were entirely their fault. They like to make excuses (well, that's a subcontractor, we didn't do that.... If it's THEIR subcontractor, as far as the consumer goes they most certainly DID do "that"). The two guys who sold me the deal are both gone from the company. I can not emphasize enough how sorry I am i went with these guys. I'm under contract and frankly, I'm thinking about breaking it (in reality, I feel they've broken it by delivering poor service.... horrible service actually). DO NOT do business with this company.
