    Would give negative stars, if that were an option. I've visited this store twice with both experiences being negative. I made an appointment online earlier this week for this store. I showed up half an hour early and when I got there, the door was locked with the attached photo. I tried to make eye contact with the two workers inside, but they refused to look at the door or to the other customers waiting outside. Contrary to what the sign says, there were no customers inside. Instead, one of the workers had his head down on the desk, and the other was sitting staring at his phone at the other counter. Mind you this was two hours from closing time, and during the time I waited, which was more than an hour, they refused to look at the potential customers waiting outside in the rain. I walked away frustrated. I'm not sure Verizon realizes what affect this has on their brand. I'm pretty sure contracting out there customer service to Victra does more harm than good.

There is zero response to questions that can only be asked thru Ai chat, so only machine response. I have no expectations of service because it seems only 2 of us are out. The outage is so small it seems engineered to make us quit, maybe we have a forever account? There is no phone menu option for customer service, only purchase of new or upgraded service. I wonder if Centurylink aka Lumen Technologies even cares about providing certain types of old school service, like landline connections anymore. According to The Motley Fool, the corporation's struggling to turn a profit, which would explain a lot. So, here my Centurylink aka Lumen Technologies story ends. We cancelled our landline service yesterday after 24 years, so long ago the company was then called Qwest. That meant our home phone number, which was primary contact number for all business, medical and other accounts had to be deleted from all those records. And I tell you, with some accounts that was not easy. So it's 5G wireless service only for us from now on. But I want to re-emphasize how truly poor Centurylink's service continues to be. Our landline was mostly down for about two weeks which is why we finally cancelled service. BUT, both strangely and telling, during the sporadic times we got a dial tone and could both call out and receive calls, every single incoming call was from auto dialers using spoofed numbers. Think about that. The service is down and on the limited days it comes back up, the only phone calls are from scammer auto dialers. No friends or family. No prospective customers for our home-based business. No physicians offices. Just the scammers. So along with unreliable service that more than provided justification for cutting the cord, so to speak. Since we paid our final bill, Centurylink still owes us money for the downed service time. Once again I'd filed a complaint with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, which is just one of thousands. But they'll ensure we get a full refund for lost service, but it could take a few months.

    My phone screen stopped working after a whitewater rafting trip. I could tell my phone was still…read moreworking but the screen was completely black. Verizon was unhelpful but recommended LML Repair. They were able put on a temporary screen so that I could backup all of my data/pictures at no charge. They were awesome and so helpful. After a couple days of trying to deal with phone insurance I was back as it was less hassle and just as cheap to get the screen replaced. Quality work at a honest price -- I highly recommend!

I was told they could replace the screen for relatively cheap and I would be able to sell or trade it in, although the screen would not be quite as good as original. I was told it would take about a day or 2. I was suddenly called out of town on business for a few days. A week later they said a mid tier screen would work fine, but not quite as well as original. I was ok with that. Another week later I picked it up and paid $180. I got home and got the data transferred from it. I turned it off. It never worked again. Apparently they installed the cheapest screen which still should have worked. I should have known when he had to soft reset it while I was standing there. They wouldn't refund my payment and tried to get more money to repair it correctly. Here are some excerpts from our text conversation. LML repair, I tried replacing the screen flex cable in order to get the screen working. However it looks like the touch capability won't be returning on this screen. If you would like to have it replaced again we can do that at a discounted rate Well, no. That would be at your cost. I already paid you to repair it and you didn't. Sir it was repaired and working upon pickup. No, actually, it wasn't. You had to soft reset it even to turn it on while I was standing there. Soft resetting a newly replaced screen is completely normal. I made it clear to you the difference in screen quality and you still opted for the lowest quality screen. I made it clear that it could cause issues and problem. Now if you would like, the best I can do is install another screen at no labor charge, but you would have to cover the part cost. Actually, you talked me into buying a screen that you said was a level better than the lowest quality and that it wouldn't be great to sell, but would work well enough for a trade in. I don't feel I should have to pay anything extra to have you take care of what was originally requested without any online reviews. How much are you talking about for partial cost? I said that if you are looking to sell the device, the lowest quality screen would not be sellable. The mid tier screen is $120. Low quality screen is $60. Original screen is $220.We only use the low quality screen for trade in or data transfer purposes. This situation is why we don't recommend using the low quality screen, you still opted for it. I really don't mean to be difficult and I feel this is a fair resolution. That may be what you put in there, but I did request the mid tier screen. It's not that much money, but it's bad business.
