The salesman was aware we would be pulling the trailer. The 5th wheel hitch is in the bed of the truck. Steiner's installed the xm antenna at the back of the cab which will be in frequent conflict with the trailer. We just left there asking them to move it to the front of their cab. They want $120 to do the move! A man with the last name of Steiner told my husband they don't have time to ask 100 questions. I prefer to buy local, but we will not be doing any further business with Steiner's.

They call our references BEFORE the payment is even due! Our payment is due around the 15th, they were calling our references on the 10th!! They call to invite us to their promotions and open houses, and we have asked them TONS of times to take us off the calling list because when we are done paying on this bedroom set we will NOT be back. They have told us that they have noted this in the computer many times and un-clicked our name from the call list. This is no joke...we asked an employee from the Moscow store a while back why we keep getting calls when we have been "taken off the call list" 50+ times. He told us that the manager in Lewiston doesn't care if you don't want to be called, he makes his employees call everyone. And it doesn't matter what notes are in your file on the computer. Are you kidding me! The word "harassment" comes to mind! I block their calls now, and they end up just calling our references. We only have 2 more payments and we are through with this shithole!
