It was working fine but I don't have insurance so we wanted to make sure there wasn't any damage. My phone had been off all day and wasn't used at the time it was dropped off. One of the co-owners Tyler was there and he said he would put it on a piece of equipment to dry it and wipe the inside with alcohol. I didn't expect them to need my passcode but he asked for it to ensure it was working. I had a bad feeling my picture gallery was looked at, so after I got my phone back, I went into screen time and saw that the only app accessed while in his possession and the entire day was my photo gallery. The amount of time spent in my photo gallery and the fact that the app had been swiped out of to hide any evidence of doing it, tells me it wasn't open by accident. My husband went back to confront Tyler about it and he quickly apologized and offered a refund but didnt have much else to say. I could care less about the money. Mine, my family and my childrens privacy was violated. I trusted a business to provide a service and not help themselves to my personal property and my private moments. This company is not trustworthy and there is no excuse to spend several minutes viewing someone's most intimate moments.
