Very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and patient as we are a bit tech challenged. She was very upfront about the iPhone 14 that will be out soon and that we would not qualify for an upgrade right away with the 13 purchase (good with us as we had iPhone 8 and 6 for many years). We were able to purchase everything we needed except for the wallet type case I like for my phone. I prefer to get my phone from a retail store so I can go back for any trouble shooting. I tried to purchase an iPhone 11 online and it was a total nightmare to get up and running, troubleshoot and return. Go see Juanita and she won't disappoint.

However, the experience with this store was terrible! The manager was rude and tried to bully us into service that we didn't want or need. They implied that if you don't get the top-level package then you won't get good coverage and may not have service or data if you have an emergency.
