Took my laptop in on a Monday morning due to my antivirus no longer working as well as my computee was freezing up when I would go on the internet. Told the guy at the front counter my issues asked him to turn around as I use my laptop for my business and he said 24 to 48 hours hours. After 50 hours of them having my laptop in the shop and no contact I called them was placed on a brief hold and advised that they were working on it and I would be called that afternoon. A tech called me that afternoon as promised however he said he was having issues trying to reload Microsoft Office and one of the key which I gave him over the phone and he verified was the same that he had but it wasn't working and asked if I had a backup disk which luckily I did and asked it for me to bring it in. I probably dropped the Disc Off 2 hours later and was told that they would call me before they close and it would be done and ready for pickup. I received a call 45 minutes prior to them closing to whomever was calling me told me they had the wrong number and hung up. They never called me back. The next day they open at 9 a.m. and I hadn't heard anything still to which my husband called them 3 hours later to find out whether my laptop was ready or not. The guy who answered said he had no idea he saw it sitting on the shelf but the text were out and put it back 10 minutes later. They never returned my husband's call and he called them 3 hours later after that call to be told it was ready. We asked him what was wrong with the computer and what they did to it and he really didn't have much answer other than they wanted to charge us $109 for the work they did. Definitely will not do business with them again. There was no care given to the customer or priority for communicating. I depend on my laptop as a means of business and was shut down for almost 5 days because of their lack of communication and diligence to making sure it was fixed promptly as promised.
