I returned to the store with the defective charger and receipt to exchange it for a working charger and they refused saying they don't warranty accessories. It is so disappointing to have to write a bad review, but sometimes it is necessary. Today we had a…read moreshocking customer service experience and other consumers must be warned: these people will sell you a defective product and will not stand behind it. Further, they will claim that the phrase "all sales are final" printed on the receipt allows them to sell defective products. In the real world, this is called fraud. In We R Wireless-land, the sales person will give you snark about how you should have read the receipt instead of asking to exchange the defective accessory for an operable one. Fortunately, because this outfit is a franchisee of Verizon Wireless we were able to appeal to Verizon Wireless' very professional customer support line to get a refund for the defective accessory. We are very satisfied with the resolution. Verizon Wireless should look very carefully at franchisees such as We R Wireless because their horrible customer service damages the Verizon Wireless brand.

After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They provide a 90 day warranty. Would I recommend Swift Mobile-Yes

Very quick and convenient place to get fixes, but I can't say that it was good quality. I went for…read morea camera lenses repair because I was told by my phone service if I got it fixed, I could get full price trade in value. The repair was $96 and took them 9 minutes to do. When you have the camera it looks as clear as I can remember, thankfully, but on the lenses itself, you can see dust particles and the broken glass from the original lenses underneath. I would have thought the old glass would be cleared completely before putting on a new one but I guess they don't do that. I could have bought a $10/15 lenses repair kit myself off Amazon and done better in my opinion. I just over paid for convenience and hope I can't get my full trade in value for this.. or I just wasted my time/money.

In a world where most cell phone store employees seem to be absolutely terrible I highly suggest AT&T take notice of Shawna's actions and make sure treated very well. Because if I needed someone like her in my business, I would have made her an offer on the spot. Great job again Shawna!

Wednesday at 10:15 AM - the screen still hadn't been delivered, but delivery was expected by 11:15 AM (FedEx!). I then called at 12:30 PM and still no delivery. Finally got a call around 1:45PM that the screen had arrived. Technician replaced the screen in about one hour. Final repair cost was $10 less than a competitor. Guessing the delivery problem was with FedEx, but recommend contacting them ahead of time to verify they have the parts and equipment on hand to actually repair your phone or computer.
