After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They provide a 90 day warranty. Would I recommend Swift Mobile-Yes

Brought in a certified refurbished iPhone 4 to swap with the flip phone I had on our account. I…read morewas due a free upgrade but did not want to commit to two years and over $300 in time charges to cover a "free" phone. I was told that the refurbished iPhone I had bought from and Amazon.com vendor was locked and they could not activate it. They input the number manually one time and did not double check. Before I sent the phone back, I took it to the Verizon store two miles down the road to double check the IMEI. It turns out the phone was not locked, the second Verizon store team read the IMEI with a barcode reader rather than putting it in manually without rechecked. The second store told me there was nothing wrong with the phone had it activated with me out the door within ten minutes. Do not patronize the Verizon store across from the Waffle House in Havre de Grace, drive three miles down the road towards Aberdeen on Rte 40 and work with the team in the store in the shopping center on the north side or Rte 40 which shares some parking spots with Swan Creek Vet Clinic.

Fortunately, because this outfit is a franchisee of Verizon Wireless we were able to appeal to Verizon Wireless' very professional customer support line to get a refund for the defective accessory. We are very satisfied with the resolution. Verizon Wireless should look very carefully at franchisees such as We R Wireless because their horrible customer service damages the Verizon Wireless brand.
