They said that the driver would be there to tow in 90 mins. I waited till 4:30 then called again. They told me they were stuck in traffic on 95 in PA and would be there in about 30 mins. I called back at 6:00pm and they told me they were in traffic in NJ. Guess they forgot their first lie. They told me by 7:00 they would definitely be there to get my car. I called the Roadside assistance at 7:00pm because they had still not arrived. They called speedy and the response was that Speedy was canceling service due to a hydraulic line blowing. The ironic part of this is the beginning of the company name is "speedy" .... Far from it. Do not call this company, you will be stuck on the side of the road for a long time!

We called this place because our insurance wouldn't tow us all the way home. 2 hours later, still no tow truck. We tried calling Speedy Key Lock Service again to see where the driver was, no answer. Called again half an hour later, no answer. A total of 4 hours after we called, which was around 2:30/3:00 am, the driver finally shows up and hooks up the car. No apology, no niceties from the driver. After the car was towed to our house, the driver informed us that he forgot his EZ pass and we need to pay for $40 tolls. We said it wasn't our fault he forgot it and we didn't need to take toll roads if that was the case, so we would not pay for this. The drive said fine and gave us a reciept for $251. When the transaction went through out bank account the amount billed was $291, apparently they thought they could sneak the toll charges in. We called and complained to no avail. HERE IS THE KICKER... January 10th, I looked at my bank account and, low and behold, Speedy had decided to take another $251 dollars out of our account. No reason or warning!! I called them 3 times, each time I was told that they were looking into it and they would call as soon as they figured out what happened. Each time I had to call back because no one was getting back to me. I called the next day again and they say that they didn't take the money out and that they are looking into seeing if the credit card company did it. It's my bank card and I doubt that they would just take money out and give it to some random company. So as of now, I am $251 short and fuming! Better Business Bureau is my next step but I say this to save you the headache and frustration... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

But ironically my mother did …read more My mothers home is part of The historic homes in Salem and needless to say the locks and handles are not exactly up to date. " so no quick trips to Home Depot". All the fixtures are original to the house so they have there "charm, character, etc." But no one alive has any way to make keys for them any longer. ASAP was able to come in and make some very cost-effective recommendations and even replace one of the locks and make new keys for it right on site.
