I looked up the parts that they installed and they were the exact same parts by the exact same company as the ones sold at Lowes Hardware. When I confronted them with this information they just tried to convince me that I was mistaken. It wasn't worth a lawsuit, but in my opinion they're dishonest and should not be trusted.

I called a lawyer and forwarded the invoice. They said I owed nothing, but court would cost more than $60. They recommended a letter to mutually correct situation. It was sent May 1. No response until 7/31. Received last payment invoice with sticky note from "Sheila" I called and asked to speak to Sheila. They said Sheila doesn't work there. Gave my invoice number and the woman said, oh yes. You owe $60 balance.
