We were helped by Willie at this location and he was trying his best to help us out. There was a problem with our order and pickup that wasn't a fault of this location but I think corporate, and it ended up that it took us 3+ hours to transfer our lines, but he tried his best to speed up the process and make it as simple as possible. read more

Don't go here expecting service unless you are purchasing. And be prepared to wait. Yesterday, Sunday, this store was not busy, we waited 60 minutes to have some lazy dude with an "I'm too cool to wait on you, I think I'm an Apple employee now" attitude. Really? We were not greeted. Did you know they no longer have a POS(point of sale), AKA cash register? Just like Apple. The monitor lists names of customers in two columns. One column, Sales, the other Service. There were no names in the sales column and 5 names in the Service column. To say these lazy, poorly dressed, rude employees moved like turtles you might get the picture but you have to experience for yourself, or not, just how poorly managed this store is. I witnessed a Salesman hold a personal conversation with a buddy for 30+ minutes as customers came in, he continued his chat like he was on vacation. After it was over he went into the back room, lunch time? The Latino man who waited on us was the biggest leaner. His lean was perfected by months of experience, he would not look at me or answer my questions. When he did speak it was in barking, demeaning tones. I have emailed the CEO of Verizon, Lowell McAdam and an executive called me with a promise to call back after speaking with the store manager. If I ever need support I will handle it myself and won't step foot in this place again. I am a long time Verizon customer and for a few months I had to go over to AT&T. I know people always complain about the poor customer service at most all mobile phone service providers, but after an extremely bad experience with AT&T, and needing to switch back to Verizon, I went to the Verizon store in Auburn and received the best customer service ever. Verizon customer service isn't perfect, but it's so much better then any other mobile service company. So, Auburn Verizon, you get 5 stars, and your employee team was really nice and helpful. read more

We tried to return a defective iphone charger that nearly caught on fire. The manager claimed it was abuse and wouldn't honor their one year warranty. The charger was 4 months old. A quick call to verizon customer service resulted in a new charger being shipped with no hassle. Someone from Indiana took care of us but, our neighbors wouldn't. Needless to say I will be buying future items online or at another store. read more
