NOT LGTBQ FRIENDLY - GO ELSEWHERE I would never recommend this salon to anyone. We called before coming in. I had a group of 4, wanting pedicures and manicures/full sets for all of us. I tried to make an appointment, but the woman on the phone insisted that we just come in. We were coming from the airport. We walked in, and two white ladies walked in behind us, the nail techs chose to service them instead of us, even though we came in first. I came in with a relative of mine who is a transgender woman. This is the reason I felt we were turned away. We drove over an hour to get here just to be turned away after they told us to come in. Don't waste your time or money here at a salon that is not inclusive for everyone. read more

Great place to get nails done. Prices are comparable to others around but I was looking for personality and an enjoyable atmosphere. That's exactly what I got. There were two other women there who were getting their nails done and we all, even our nail tech were talking like girls friends out for drinks. The ladies there are super nice. If you need connections, the ladies know a lot of people. That's were I I potentially met my lawyer and my mechanic! Clean facilities. I guess there has been new owners. Last but not least, I have never got my nails done and I'm a perfectionist. My nail tech did exactly what I wanted in the picture and gave me other options before doing them! Thank you again. This place is great! They were quick but also thorough with my pedicure. Price is great ($22) and everyone is super friendly. It is definitely small so probably best to make an appointment but I went later at night and waited only about ten minutes. I love my pedicure and I'll be back for a manicure soon! read more

Came to this place on a Sunday afternoon. I requested for a pedicure and a shellac manicure. The pedicures start off at $25. The pedicure I selected ($25) wasn't worth it. It took about 15 minutes to complete the pedicure. It was completely rushed. I had to ask the lady to clean under all my nails, instead of just the big toe. I still had polished left on my toes after the pedicure was completed. I like to relax while getting pedicures, not tell the lady how and what to do. Then my nails soaked in cold water for the manicure. Nothing added to the plastic bowls that were used. The lady put 4 shellac coats on my nails. I'm overall disappointed with the outcome and will Not be back. read more

I am always nervous to try new places, but today I decided to try Venus Nails, and I was satisfied. I went in for a soak off because I just wanted to take off my acrylic nails and do shellac on my natural nails. The girl that works there (I forgot to get her name) was very nice and helpful and she even showed me the different colors on her nails to help me decide on a color which was very kind. she was very neat and did a very good job with painting my nails with the shellac. I do like that the prices -there are reasonable, and I plan on going back when I need my color change. read more

Came in before my wedding for a shellac manicure and it peeled off the next day. I didn't have time to come back in because I left for my honeymoon. Had a party of 6 (which they knew we were coming 2 weeks in advance) and it took 4 hours to complete everyone's nails. Would just recommend another nail salon read more

I came here once to get my acrylic set removed and then get a shellac manicure. The experience was so bad. The man who removed my acrylic nails did so by taking a fake nail, jamming it between my natural nail and acrylic nail, and scraping the acrylic off. Not only was it painful, but you should NEVER go to a salon that doesn't remove acrylic by soaking in acetone. That's just standard practice! It goes against the conduct of how a nail salon should operate. When I got my shellac, I was not impressed. There was soooo much gunk still left underneath all of my nails, my hands had nail polish on them so it just looked messy. The polish on my nails were lumpy, too. The shellac chipped off in less than a week. I would not go back to this place. read more

I've been to this place before and had good service. Today is Sunday, and I came to have my nails done. The handwritten sign on the door says Sunday 11-5. It is 11:44 and their "open" sign is illuminated, but nobody is here! I've sat here for 10 minutes now, and no sign of life. It's is inconceivable that a business wouldn't be open 45 minutes after their start time. What a waste of time and energy. read more

Compared to what I see across the country it's a little below average. Nothing shockingly wrong, but not alot right. Pedicure was so so. I'm sure I'll be needing another within 2 weeks instead of my normal 4. $25 for the degree of attention I'd day it's a $19 Walmart degree of service. The nice shaky old man smells like excessive cigarette smoke. Shop was clean. Seats not too comfy. He only worked on my feet for literally 9 minutes from start to finish. I went there on a Sunday. Was greeted when I walked in and did not have to wait. They had a man there watching, learning.. which was a bit uncomfortable. I got a pedi and gel fill. The pedi was quick.. he just clipped my toenails straight across... dis not shape... .. the polish job is not good... did not cover full nail on sides , nor did he go all the way to my cuticle. The fill in job was done half ass.. and the polish again not fully covered nor professional looking. Not satisfied. Will not go back there. read more
