I know I'm a walk in, so I had no problem waiting. there were also two men working on pedicures for two ladies. after about 25 minutes a guy employee tells me to "sit down over there" and I get up and ask which chair, because they're numbered and he just pointed to a general area. he said "chair 6". so I sit down and wait some more. 5 minutes later he comes back with a selection of nail colors I could pick from. I had a design in mind, so I waited until he was finished with the other client to show him some pictures of the designs I was considering (I brought multiple options as I know my nailbeds are small, but I was willing to pay for someone to attempt nail art). He asks to look at my nails and lets out this half cough half laugh. he then starts talking to the lady employee that first greeted me. they start chatting in a different language and says "you do dip nail?" and I said sure! if that's what I need to make the designs happen then I'll try dip nails. then they start talking in a different language again. and this guy employee tells me "I only do simple nail" and the other lady talks over him and says " you come back another day?" and I said "oh, so he only does "simple" nails and I have to come back another day for another nail tech?" I lied and told them I'd come back, but I won't. I got up and left. no nails done. what a waste of time. mind you, the designs I had in mind were not extravagant, basic spider webs for Halloween. ghosts. pumpkins. that kind of thing. for a place that is literally called creative nails and advertises that they specifically do nail art, I expected nail art. no I will not come back another day and you will not be wasting anymore of my time. take your money elsewhere. I was left feeling embarrassed and angry.

Oracle Nails for my mom wasn't the best experience…read more Service: They greet you pretty friendly, staff is kind and ready to help you. I live close to this area, so I have witnessed staff always willing to help customers, and greet me with a slime. On this occasion my mom chose to do french tips, for a wedding. Vibe: It is pretty clean when you walk in, but there isn't that bling vibe giving. Compared to other salons I've visited, Oracle Nails felt dull--there was little decor or music to create a welcoming vibe, and the strong chemical smell made things uncomfortable Quality: This was where this ALL fell. As my mom was getting her nails done, they where filling them down, and the lady looked like she had NO idea to what she was doing. When she was filling them the position was incorrect and I don't know what she did but my moms nails wasn't filling. This caused the lady to apply more pressure, and then my mom nails skin started to show and bleed. EW! it was very painful for her and the lady kept trying to file it down harder, cause it apparently helped. My mom said to stop, and left the salon. Totally not an amazing experience. I have no idea if the problem was due to the lady's lack of experience, the tools used, or just an off day, but this is not the first time I've heard of similar complaints from friends in the area. But one thing I do know for sure is that me or my mom will not be coming again! Other of my friends that also live close have stated to me similar experiences. Horrible place, not recommended.

But she had me wait 30 minutes to discuss something with a person there. It's one thing to wait for finishing up with a clinic but another to wait for a conversation. This delayed me a lot. Quality:4/5 I didn't like my natural nails being cut down to put on acrylic nails. The manager and her apologize but nothing came off of my bill. My nail beds weren't too damaged after soaking them off. A few areas were weakened. The design was cute but it was glitter all over my cuticles. I would recommend this place for undergraduate students to get their nail services. But would not for folks with limited time.
