She answered all my questions, and helped me get fit for a different style of mask. She spent so much time with me I felt a little guilty. However, she also advised me to put the spherical bacterial filter between the heated tube and the machine. As I discovered later on my own, this is wrong for a couple of reasons, and resulted in poor airflow which is likely why I didn't see results. First, the connector for the heated tube has an electronics connector that's supposed to insert into the slot on the machine, so if you put the filter on that connector, the machine can't communicate with the tube. Second, bacteria filters are incompatible with humidifiers, because it's hard to push wet, humid air through the filter, which results in poor airflow. Had I trusted her advice and stopped looking, this could have negatively affected my health.

What a complete circus act it's been. So they keep claiming to have sent me supplies via UPS. Here's the thing: I have a delivery notification account set up with UPS. Why does that matter? Well UPS sends me alerts when a package is en route, delivery updates, alert the day before, and day of delivery. So, I ALWAYS know when a package is coming my way with UPS. I didn't receive a notice of any delivery from this clown office. They repeatedly keep referencing a tracking number. They now tell me to file a claim with UPS. Well clowns, you know damn well the package recipient doesn't even do that. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE ANY CLAIM ON THE PACKAGE YOU SEND. It's 100% the shipper you dolts. I can't even file a claim on my end and YOU KNOW THAT. It needs to be filed from the shipper's account. In addition, "Tammy" refused to respond to my inquiries and NOT ONE PERSON VERIFIED MY ACTUAL ADDRESS THEY USED even though I made several calls to the CPAP dept and billing in another country and asked them to verify it. Until Tammy was dipping out for her three day weekend at the end of the day, she passive aggressively confirms "my address" and spolier alert, it's wrong. Just as I suspected. Also, they told me several times to contact UPS myself. Joke's on me again. They freaking know you can't even talk to a person over there. I knew that, but I still called anyway to check that stupid box and jump through another hoop. Then the cherry on top, they send me a text on a SATURDAY MORNING, telling me I have an invoice due for the supplies I never received. I never even opted into texts, so this is totally illegal. I have wasted hours of my life trying to fix this. They can go to hell if they think they can scam my insurance policy and BILL ME MORE MONEY ON TOP OF THAT, for supplies they SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. As if all of that isn't enough, they bill under a company Aero something or other and are "Healthline" which I assume is NOT CONTRACTED with my insurance company. Who knows. But, they are a 100% scam, I am sure of that. Next week I am filing an official complaint with my insurance company against these con artists for all of the described ridiculous events. Prior to posting this review, I read through many and I would certainly put my experience in the very positive column. To those who have said you were upwards to 25% higher than other establishments, I must disagree. My pantyhose were $90. The Amazon price was $80. I find the additional $10 was a small price for pay for Rachel to have spent a lot of time with me. She was patient and kind. Should I choose to buy a second pair I will not order from Amazon, but rather call to have you send them or revisit the store. You provide a valuable service. Additionally, you are a small local business. I like to support local and I feel you and others like you have a right to make a profit. The only suggestion I would make would be to have a few videos available on your website for those of us who need reinforcement on how to put such things on and take them off. IF you ever get a live person on the phone, the answers are never consistent among different employees. Delivery is limited each month but you have the option of coming to the office to pick up oxygen (which is a plus). I met a fellow customer that had driven further than I did to pick up oxygen. We were both frustrated by the time someone opened the loading dock door. Signage on the office is confusing, loading dock doorbells are broken. and when you knock (as the sign says) no one answers. Another sign says doorbell broken, please come to the front. Employees say they aren't closed for lunch even though the front door and voice mail says so. I waited in my car until after lunch to go into the office. Rotech Corporate- please do some customer service training, pay your employees more, or hire more employees. You might wish to consider upgrading your patient portal to allow online orders and pick up requests to eliminate the need to have a person answer the phone. When people depend on oxygen or other health related equipment and supplies, both the patient and their caregivers need confident accurate answers and stellar service.
