I was assisted by the very knowledgeable and helpful, Rachel. After being measured, she recommended % Jobst pantyhose. She worked with me taking pains to assist and teach me. Prior to posting this review, I read through many and I would certainly put my experience in the very positive column. To those who have said you were upwards to 25% higher than other establishments, I must disagree. My pantyhose were $90. The Amazon price was $80. I find the additional $10 was a small price for pay for Rachel to have spent a lot of time with me. She was patient and kind. Should I choose to buy a second pair I will not order from Amazon, but rather call to have you send them or revisit the store. You provide a valuable service. Additionally, you are a small local business. I like to support local and I feel you and others like you have a right to make a profit. The only suggestion I would make would be to have a few videos available on your website for those of us who need reinforcement on how to put such things on and take them off. Many thanks to you, your team and commitment to quality service.

This other company has been atrocious when the chair needed repairs. This time they told me in mid-November 2024 that they couldn't even evaluate his power wheelchair until February 2025 and then said it would be 3-4 months "to get parts". This is unacceptable when someone is 100% dependent on his power wheelchair to live in his home. So I went to Home Medical Equipment by the Kerring Group and they referred me here. It is apparently part of their company. That was last Friday. On Monday my brother's power chair was evaluated by an engineer (I didn't know this was even an option!), he was given a loaner chair and his chair is being repaired now. In addition, the engineer was able to address issues by brother has had that has caused him pain and tell him that he's on the wrong cushion and has an incorrect armrest. The cushion he had my brother try was immediately more comfortable. Holy smokes, they were wonderful! I'm so grateful to Alex ( the engineer) and Josh!

I am thrilled with the service I have received from Parkcrest. Thrilled!…read more I've been a CPAP user for over a decade and I've never particularly liked dealing with medical supply companies. My usual experience is they really aren't listening to what you want, and are going to try to deliver what they can to get maximum insurance billing. I felt that with Parkcrest their first priority was responding to what I wanted. First off, the turnaround on the machine was insane. My doctor wrote the prescription Monday afternoon. I had my new machine Thursday. Every other time I've gotten a machine from a medical supply company it's taken weeks to get it. My appointment was with Jen. I was asking questions about pressure settings and remote access and other details, and she was 100% responsive to my concerns. (Don't worry if you're new to this. I bet she'd do a great job explaining how it all works.) The product I received (Resmed AirSense 10 Auto with AirFit N20 mask) is an excellent, premium product. It's ages advanced over the greater-than-5-year old Respironics I was using. They are dealing with all the insurance stuff, making that easy too. The one caution I have is that if you are paying out-of-pocket and are on a limited budget, you may find them pricey. I recommend Parkcrest if you are looking for top-notch product and top-notch service.

What a complete circus act it's been. So they keep claiming to have sent me supplies via UPS. Here's the thing: I have a delivery notification account set up with UPS. Why does that matter? Well UPS sends me alerts when a package is en route, delivery updates, alert the day before, and day of delivery. So, I ALWAYS know when a package is coming my way with UPS. I didn't receive a notice of any delivery from this clown office. They repeatedly keep referencing a tracking number. They now tell me to file a claim with UPS. Well clowns, you know damn well the package recipient doesn't even do that. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE ANY CLAIM ON THE PACKAGE YOU SEND. It's 100% the shipper you dolts. I can't even file a claim on my end and YOU KNOW THAT. It needs to be filed from the shipper's account. In addition, "Tammy" refused to respond to my inquiries and NOT ONE PERSON VERIFIED MY ACTUAL ADDRESS THEY USED even though I made several calls to the CPAP dept and billing in another country and asked them to verify it. Until Tammy was dipping out for her three day weekend at the end of the day, she passive aggressively confirms "my address" and spolier alert, it's wrong. Just as I suspected. Also, they told me several times to contact UPS myself. Joke's on me again. They freaking know you can't even talk to a person over there. I knew that, but I still called anyway to check that stupid box and jump through another hoop. Then the cherry on top, they send me a text on a SATURDAY MORNING, telling me I have an invoice due for the supplies I never received. I never even opted into texts, so this is totally illegal. I have wasted hours of my life trying to fix this. They can go to hell if they think they can scam my insurance policy and BILL ME MORE MONEY ON TOP OF THAT, for supplies they SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. As if all of that isn't enough, they bill under a company Aero something or other and are "Healthline" which I assume is NOT CONTRACTED with my insurance company. Who knows. But, they are a 100% scam, I am sure of that. Next week I am filing an official complaint with my insurance company against these con artists for all of the described ridiculous events. What do you think TAMMY? P.S. I also have legal services through my employer and I'll be talking to them too next week about your little stunt. See my screenshots of some of the evidence of this shit sandwich I've been served. I'm actually really glad that tool, Tammy decided to only text me. Thanks for the evidence, sister! At least you helped me with that.

Medical Supply Pros AKA Healthcare Supply Pros 1-29-25…read more AVOID THIS SCAM; Do NOT order from Healthcare Supply Pros or Healthcare Supply Pros. I wish I read the reviews of this "company" before making a purchase. This scam operation does not provide a working phone number(s). Their customer service department does not exist, and they do not reply to emails, CS form page requests or message on chat! After sending the wrong product and no reply to my queries, I've found from other customers reviews that further effort is wasted in regards to replacement and or refund. They have squandered more than enough of my time, I will NOT order from Healthcare Supply Pros or Healthcare Supply Pros again. medicalsupplypros.com; healthcaresupplypros.com; Phone: (512) 410-8055; 844.255.6455 Good Luck.

UPDATE 1/23/25- I have just completed a two month ordeal with this fraudulent company fighting to…read morehave this charge reversed off my credit card. I won finally but I'd like to tell everyone EXACTLY how these folks try to game the system so you hopefully don't fall prey to it like I did. After disputing the charge, Healthcare Supply Pros appealed it and stated that they sent all the items I ordered. Their "proof" of this was to send a copy of my order/ packing list to the credit card fraud dept. I was then asked to provide proof that they ripped me off. I provided the packing slip showing all the things I had paid for (but hadn't received) as well as a photo of the box they sent full of diaper wipes and a signed letter detailing how I had attempted to call them and email them. However, "proving" my attempts is impossible since this scam company doesn't' have a working phone number and the only way to contact them otherwise is a "contact us" box on their website rather than an actual working email. VERY CONVENIENT if you operate a scam because then folks have no proof they wrote to you either. So basically, you pay them a large sum of money for medical supplies, you are instead shipped garbage such as diaper wipes. They hope I guess that a big company might not notice I guess. But if you open it and do notice it isn't what you ordered, they hope that by including a correct packing list and having no reachable customer service department that you will give up and lose your dispute. If you are unfortunate enough to do business with these people, you must do the following: take photos of the box you receive on the outside, inside, any packing slips and any goods they might send. Photograph their website showing a non-working phone number and their "contact us box" after you have written your complaint to them just to show you tried. Then you can show all of the above to your credit card company who will reward you by crediting your card back. Thankfully for me, I won against this scam and had them reported to VISA and MASTERCARD as a fraudulent business. ***** As a follow up on Ryan C's response from the company, I notice that nowhere in your heartfelt response did you indicate that maybe just maybe your company might consider getting a working phone number or email address. Tell me how many legitimate businesses in the U.S. function intentionally for years without any working phone number. Also, if you were so concerned and want to do the right thing, then why did your company appeal my dispute and lie to the credit card company stating that you sent me the equipment I ordered??? That doesn't sound like doing the right thing to me. And finally, I would never in a million years give you my name or address. I might as well go hand my wallet over to a pickpocket. I have a tendency not to reveal personal details to criminals.
