I do not recommend this place at all!!!!! i brought my daughter to get a fill and nails painted for her special homecoming First of all they wanted to charge $70, then they had a man start her nails and he wanted to soak them off and I told him we were just here for a fill. So then a lady came and was going to continue to help us which we had her before and she did a great job so the lady beside us wanted a particular lady who was doing someone else's nails to do her pedicure stating all of her personal business which we did not care to hear so she basically got her way. The lady who was doing the other lady's nails was moved to the pedicure and our lady was moved to finish the other lady's nails and we were left waiting for 40 minutes. At the point we got up and left. The customer service was awful there was no reason for that to happen. My daughter was very upset. We will never come here again. read more

If I could put no stars maybe even negative stars I would. My experience today was awful, I called them and made an appointment for 1 pm. I got there 10 minutes early. I sat there 20 minutes past that included someone walking in and getting helped before me regardless of having an appointment. Now for the service, it was awful. The pedicure felt rushed and wasn't relaxing AT ALL. For the manicure, the guy took his time which I enjoyed. I asked for a square round shape and got oval and it was shaped so bad it was sharp and impossible to fix. The tech also cut my skin when he was buffing. This whole experience was awful. I wish I didn't have to pay at all but I'm sure that wouldn't be the case. This was the first and last time I'll ever be going there, This is also the first time I've never tipped for a service. I've been coming here a couple of years now. I think when they first opened they were working out the kinks. Looks like they shuffled staff a bit but finally have the right combination. Service is always great. They are quick to greet & get you in that chair. They offer you a drink, even wine! They take their time no matter how many people walk in while you're there. I never feel like they rush to get to next person. You can tell they want quality over quantity. That's what makes you come back! It's next to Starbucks so I grab a latte then sit back & relax with a pedi. Try the one with hot wax & tropical scrub it includes hot towels, it's heaven!! Also love that it's quiet. Poor quality of work and customer service. I came in to get a dip set. The first woman who did my nails did a terrible job so they told me to come back the next day and they will fix them. I went back and the day after my nail broke across the top so I ended up coming back multiple times to get my nails fixed after they constantly broke from the horrible set they put on. They charged me full price to fix the bad work that they have done. There are several other shops in the area. Don't waste your money or time here. I won't be back. Not to mention the set they did was not what I asked for. And they had the nerve to argue with me about it. I've never had such a bad experience at a nail shop. I went to Venice to get a dip set done and they gave me the WORST set of nails ever! They were not uniform in length, they weren't the shape I asked for, and they left my hands a mess and dried out because they were covered in the acetone and nail residue from the original set. I called to complain and they told me to come back in so the owner can physically look at them. I live over an hour and a half away and had already left after spending 3 hours there! I wouldn't be back in the area for another week or so. They offered to either fix them, which I would not let happen, or receive a gift card, which I don't think I'd want another service done there! I would've accepted a partial refund, but that wasn't an option. I ended up having to get them done AGAIN the same day so I wouldn't be walking around with terrible nails! I love this place for pedicures. I have tried several places in the area and will only come here now. Extremely clean, nice people and Ann gives the best leg massage. I usually come at 0900 on my day off, before they get crazy busy. Once you try this place you won't go any where else. It was pretty busy in there, so I can't say it was the most personalized service. But for a quick job, she did great. I gave two stars because Ann did a great job on my pedicure. I hated the tech that did my nails. He was very nice but rushed way too much. Never asked me what shape I wanted my nails. I had polish all over the bottom and sides of my fingers. The polish I had picked out looked like a red polish with red glitter but ended up being clear polish with red glitter. Once he saw that it wasn't the same color he should have seen if I wanted it like that or offered to put down a coat of red first so it would look like red polish with glitter in it rather than just clear polish with red glitter. 4 of my cuticles are bleeding and/or sore from unnecessary roughness. The polish had bubbles all over the place. No attention to detail. I just ended up having them take off the polish. I can do a more detailed job myself at home. I had an awful experience. My nails are uneven, too thick and far from what I asked for. When an issue arose, the manager came to inquire only then to talk about me to the other salon workers saying people like me aren't welcomed. ... it all started because I asked my nails to be a little shorter. It's okay, trust, I won't be back. The salon was empty when I arrived and empty when I left. So be it. I was charged 169 dollars for two pedicure and two full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. My only complaint was that manicure was kind of rushed, like I've seen other reviews say. He didn't ask me what shape I wanted or if I wanted to cut down. He was gentle like I requested but I was not happy with the way both middle fingers came out, one came out with tiny bubble and the other came out with uneven application which I know he saw but left like that. I spent 50.00 (including tip) to have dip nails. Jus standard nothing crazy. The environment was clean, and the technician was friendly. 6 days ago i went in to get my nails done. Im a stay at home mom, so aside from wiping butts, dishes, cooking and cleaning i dont ever do anything "rough" with my hands. Three nails randomly popped off with ease. The rest, practically came off with absolutely no damage to my nails. I have had dip nails, gel, in the past and have NEVER had this problem before. I won't be going back, because i feel like i should have gotten a little more bang for my buck. I got a pedicure there a week prior and it was great. I'm not sure what's happened with this nail salon. I've gone to this salon several times before and never had a problem until Saturday.. my nail tech was extremely rough to the point that my heel was bleeding.. First she tried to ignore it, when I was speaking up that it hurt and there was something wrong. When I showed my mom that was sitting next to me her nail tech got onto my mind lol.. Then she went into a panic and put my foot back into the water pulled it out and then poured alcohol all over my foot... and then went into almost a high speed pedicure.. the ladies sitting to the side of my mom and the another side of me said she's just trying to get you guys out of here now because she knows she screwed up lol read more

Honestly at this point they deserve zero stars. The girl who did my nails was Nice. But she seemed new and a little unsure of doing dip nails. Which if she wasn't able to do them I would have understood and chose something else. But no she did them and they were terrible. I was tired and just got off of work so I let it slide because I am headed on a trip and needed them done. Less than 24 hours later my topcoat is cracked and peeling and my pinky nail has completely broken half leaving me bleeding. No trauma wasn't inflicted to my hand. It was simply from picking up my bag. I called and was very polite asking what could be done since I live over an hour away from their salon. Refused to compromise with me about anything. Said if I came back in two weeks (when I'd be back in temple) I would have to pay at least half of my service if I want it to get my nails redone. They would not give me another set. Even though I have to go get them done in my hometown now because I cannot walk around with my nails this way. The man on the phone told me I'm just trying to get my way with them. And he told me it's my fault I hit my hand hard so he can't do anything for me. I paid for four pedicures and two full dip sets yesterday with my family. I cannot believe I gave my money to such a disrespectful business. They obviously do not value their customers or properly train their staff. So, I went for a pedicure at Venice and the guy who worked with me wasnt someone Ive had before. I usually have good luck at this place. First thing he did was grab my foot and struck the file roughly across the tip of my big toe cutting it deeply until it bled then said it was no big deal and shoved it back in the water. Then he got mad at me because my toes would not bend like he wanted, and when I explained that I have a disability, he scoffed. Lastly, he got polish all over his hands then my brand new sandals he insisted be on my feet while he painted my toes, then scrubbed acetone across my sandal strap, ruining a brand new pair of leather sandals and said, "see? No big deal!" Lesson learned: dont go for a random pedicure. read more

We went on the 25th, and by a couple days in I had three nails cracked on my dipped nails. I went to a different place that I originally went to (Venice was more convenient so I decided to try it). Terrible nail techs. My husband and son got pedi's and said they did a good, but the lady spilled oil all over my husbands leather loafers. She did apologize or seem concerned. My daughter and I both got gel mani's. My daughter got cut twice and both of us have polish all on our skin. I told my lady about lint in 2 of my nails and she still continued to paint my nails. This morning (Monday - one day later), the entire thumb peeled off. What in the world? I'm out of town and can't go back to have them fixed. This is usually my go to place but I just had the worst experience there and will never go back. I asked for dip nails and hot stone pedicure. They started with the pedicure, she did all the classic pedicure description but never did the stones I thought maybe that came at the very end so didn't say anything until she said I was done. I asked which pedicure did you do on me? She said the hot stone.. I said very confused, no you never touched me with the stones.. and she argued she did and told me to go sit in another chair to get nails done and I told her I didn't want my nails anymore I just want to pay for my pedicure and leave. The manager I guess approached me trying to say she did do the hot stones that they probably weren't hot enough for me and then explained why they couldn't be that hot. And I tried to say again she never touched me with a hot, cold or any kind of stone. I'm just going to pay for a classic bc that's what I received. The manager started raising his voice at me causing everyone to stare it was very embarrassing. He finally said I can pay for the classic and leave.. I'm not one for confrontation and I didn't deserve to be treated like that. Very poor way to treat clients. read more
