My French tip came out absolutely perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Tin also did a fantastic job on my pedicure and made the entire experience so enjoyable. I also noticed how thoroughly they sanitize and clean after every guest leaves, which made me feel very comfortable and showed how much they care about cleanliness and their clients' safety. The customer service was 10/10, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon!

I've been here about four times. My first visit was great--everyone was friendly, and our pedicures…read morewere well done. Unfortunately, the last few visits have felt increasingly focused on pressuring us to choose shellac and other upgrades. Today was especially disappointing. I repeatedly felt pushed to upgrade and was told the regular polish wouldn't last. Some of my daughter's toenails weren't fully painted. During my leg massage, my technician was multitasking, using only one hand while talking to another employee the entire time. It didn't feel like I was getting the care or attention I paid for. I may not have chosen the most expensive pedicure, but I still spent over $80. Customers should receive a complete, attentive service regardless of which option they select. If you offer a basic pedicure, it should be done well and without making customers feel pressured to spend more.

But my mani was horrible. Very rushed. Didn't check first with the shape before she finished. Next time I'll remember to check. But she didn't give me what I asked. Then she messed up my thumb. It was all bumpy from the first time she tried fixing it by painting over and over it but that didn't fix it you could see the visible bumps. That nail broke within a week and color started peeling off. It's not even 2 weeks yet and my nails are already chipping and color is massively peeling off. I'm used to shellac lasting me 3-4 weeks. This is the least they've ever lasted for me. You could have thought they were just regular manicure no shellac. No attention to detail or professionalism. Didn't like Mimi. Pedicures were great!
