I have been here a couple times before but didn't get around to a review. Well I did today. This was a different stop in. I had noticed they had put themslevs on a app for discounted suprise bags to pickup. The app had a rating system and others had said it was a good deal, so sight unseen, i got a bag. I showed up after work and there was a decent amount of customers there already. It was mostly gelato people so I was able to work my way around to the chocolatier. I should note that the place is amazing for people who like sweets. Especially classy candy people as things are pricey high end fancy bites. It's a beautiful and organized place. when it was my turn I showed the fella my order and he grabbed it from the back. It really was a nice deal, with a few chocolate bars and other sweets all together. the guy helping me was a nice guy who, dressed like a French chef, took care of me promptly. Sure its an elitist chocolate shop, but it can be worth every penny. read more

This is Premium chocolate from Italy! I was told by the location in this mall that one will be Coming soon to mall of millennium! I'm so excited for this!! The chocolate was excellent! The store is set up really well, with an easy to find No Sugar Added section too! In the middle is a counter with truffles. There's also a cafe counter with coffee and gelato. The service was excellent too! The staff were so kind to offer samples and assistance with the chocolate selection! read more

This is a gorgeous coffee shop! There's no seating inside but plenty outside the shop. You can taste test the flavors. Everything was delicious and I got the tiramisu and the caramel. Absolutely delicious! Service was great and they have raised the standards on the flavors of my gelatos! read more

Stopped in for a quick gelato today. They got some new pushy staff upselling their items and they know some of us don't say NO! I went at 5 pm but I'm disappointed their chocolate was on the last scoop. I tried their new waffle cone even though I didn't want it but he was making them fresh. The waffle cones didn't smell as good as Kilwins but he insisted the place smells wonderful because of it. They changed the little round chocolate topping and they now offer a different piece of chocolate which is not as good or a lady finger in place of the chocolate maybe because they're featuring their tiramisu ice cream or because chocolate prices are going up. read more

Venchi is a delicious gelato/candy shop. I am more of a fan of their gelato. I especially like their chxoolate/hazelnut gelatos. They are so flavorful and delicious. I was able to sample another flavor. The staff are happy to let you try as many as you would like. I enjoyed Venchi in London and the quality is the same wherever you eat it. Right now they only have locations in Boca Raton and Aventura. They will be adding a third in West Palm Beach. I hope they add one near where I live as well. It is as high quality as you can get. read more

We went today to pick up some gifts. And while they're even got ourselves a little treats to take home to try as it's our first time. While we're looking at chocolates, a very friendly sales attendant came up and welcomed us and brought over their treasure chest with chocolate samples. She was very patient and had a smile. The inside of the store is beautiful, and you feel as if you're stuffing into an elevated chocolate shop. The experience, presentation and packaging are all elevated compared to other chocolates shops which we have visited. However, the quality of the chocolates and gelato do not justify such a high price. I suppose you are paying for the experience and beautiful packaging. If you're going for a gift or just want to feel fancy one day then yes I recommend it if you're looking for a place with the best flavors and texture then we have other options around . read more

I came here for a yelp elite event once but I've definitely been back since then. My daughter loves thier chocolate straciatella one ugh we share a small one it's usually enough for us. An update to another unfortunate experience at Venchi. I am a very frequent visitor to the Boca Town Center and 100% of the time I'm there I will always go for a sweet treat. Even after my initial experience at Venchi being a miss I still have gone back. One of the last times I went I got in line to pay as they for some reason have you pay first before getting gelato which I do not understand. As the payment was complete I then look over to see they do not even have half of their usual flavors and the flavors I wanted. I immediately asked for a refund and questioned them why there isn't a sign outside alerting people of the limited selection. This is not cheap gelato I want to get my moneys worth and get the flavor I want. If the crowd of people standing in front of the display had not been blocking my view while paying I wouldn't have even come in. The organization of this store is so wrong. Have the customer order their gelato and then pay. I have been to their other location in Aventura and the set up is not a problem. This is an easy thing to fix. Also if they run out of flavors they need to put a sign up to avoid this happening to other people. This is so disappointing and extremely uninviting. read more

Be careful. This might be your favorite ice cream place. It's definitely my favorite ice cream place for my wife and I. They have some amazing toppings. The gelato is rich, creamy, and flavorful and there are lots of flavors to choose from. The presentation of the gelato, as well as the decor of the shop, is elegant, and overall Venchi has a charming, upscale atmosphere. I love this place and so does my daughter. Not only is the gelato good, but so are the little chocolates that they put on top of the gelato. My daughter loves chocolate, but she actually doesn't like the dark chocolate they put on top so she gives it to me and I am so excited lol. She is five. But anyways, I like that there are many different flavors and they let you try as many as you like until you are satisfied. I kind of knew what I wanted already, but it was nice that they offered. I like that it's conveniently located inside the mall so that we can just grab it and sit outside of the shop where there are chairs (inside). What a wonderful experience. The staff is very welcoming and sweet. They were very helpful with my lactose issues. They let me know what was lactose free/vegan friendly. The brand is wonderful for labeling everything that is vegan friendly. It's rare that a chocolate/gelato shop has dairy free options other than sorbet. I tried a large assortment of items at Venchi and everything I purchased was very good. Various chocolates were excellent without being cloying and each chocolate had a different and unique flavor. I actually went to Venchi for the first time when I was in Italy, so I was pretty surprised when I realized it was the same company. Meaning that it is authentic Italian gelato, a.k.a. ice cream. If you sign up for the rewards program, you get a free bar of chocolate. But if you're there for the gelato, I recommend the cone that has the chocolate and the nuts (hopefully you're not allergic to nuts) and the straciatella is really good. All the ice creams are really fresh and really good so just find a flavor that you usually go for and ask them to try it and that should be a good choice. read more

Today I ordered via Uber eats. That was a big mistake rather than going in store. But I was at work. I ordered this milk chocolate crêpe, and paid $20 for this crêpe delivery. And this crêpe I took a bite out of it, and all I tasted was thick oily, pancake with no chocolate. I spit it out and looked at the triangle because it comes folded up in a triangle, and I ripped off the top part which I noticed didn't have any chocolate on it at all. I took another bite and still no chocolate so again I spit it out because I tasting oily pancake with no chocolate. Needless to say, I open up the crêpe and I'm sure people butter their toast with more butter than the amount of lack of chocolate that was in my crêpe. It was so disrespectful to have paid so much for a crêpe even at $11 + $9 delivery and only get an oily pancake with a very slight scraping, not even a thin layer of chocolate. And I'm not even exaggerating because that would be a ridiculous review. But there was no chocolate filling. There was just a barely visible spread of chocolate on some parts and the rest was just plain super thick pancake. It was not even considered a crêpe. Crêpes are thin. I was so upset and felt so disrespected and of course I contacted Uber eats and I sent them pictures. I should've saved the pictures so I can post them here, but I only sent them through the chat app and then I threw the crepe away. 100% I threw the entire thing away. I did not swallow not even a bite of it. That's how bad it was considering I've had crepes before. Next time I'm gonna stick with crêpe Café in Deerfield Beach because they know what crepe filling means. read more
