This chocolate shop hands down is my favorite in any mall location. The staff warmly welcomes you when you enter and asks if you want a chocolate sample. I always take the sample of course and this time it was their best seller, the hazel nut. The chocolate from this shop just melts in your mouth. The prices for the chocolate gift bags are reasonable too.

While visiting Boca Raton, I had the opportunity to visit Laderach at Town Center. They were handing out samples and it reminded me of chocolates I had when visiting Elisabeth's Chocolatier in Brussels. So when I see similar chocolates, I had to try. The taste was what I expected and immediately I knew I was going to purchase a pound of their dark chocolate pieces with hazelnut. This is not ordinary chocolate you find at the grocery store, Laderach is indeed quality chocolate with a rich history. The customer service was upscale, professional and friendly, the store was very well organized, stocked and clean. Overall, if I'm in the area again, I'll go back but also Laderach does ship their Swiss chocolates throughout the United States. I would definitely recommend.

This chocolate shop is amazing! They will woo you in with a wonderful sample-delectable, delightful and delicious! And since I was in a good mood, I decided to buy some to take home - hazelnut with light chocolate and one with dark chocolate! These almost are roasted and cartelized before added to milk or dark chocolate! I would love hot chocolate or a chocolate drink! So scrumptious! The chocolate is from Switzerland and it is beyond fabulous! The chocolate just yearns for you to take it home. You can also come here for special gifts on special occasions! Give it a whirl! They are by the Bloomingdales section of the mall, by the way.

If you want some incredible chocolate, go to this shop. They have delicious chocolate made in Switzerland. I always order the FrischSchoggi with hazelnuts. I buy a quarter of a pound and savor it over two or days or so. This is milk chocolate with hazelnuts and their most popular flavor. They have many varieties. I have tried one with almonds, but prefer the hazelnuts. You can also order a huge slab of several varieties or whatever size you would like. They sell chocolates in a nice wooden box for an impressive gift. Their chocolates have no additives or preservatives. Simply delicious.

Went in for the free samples fully planning on not buying anything, but holy crap this chocolate is magical. I feel like I'm ruined for normal chocolate now. It's definitely expensive, but worth it for a "treat yoself" moment. You can pay by weight for slabs of chocolate after sampling, buy individual truffles, or buy pre-packaged samplers and other items. Everything I've tried so far has been amazing, but my favorite is definitely the seasonal raspberry white chocolate. I've also been to the Sunrise location. The staff are exceptionally nice at both, but the Boca location is less crowded.

Old Godiva location near Bloomingdale's coming winter 21/22

Pricey but worth it... Make yourself or significant other happy and run , don't walk to this store to get some.

Who doesn't love chocolate? And Hoffman's does it best. We remember going to their original…read morelocation in Lake Worth and buying gift boxes. We miss that place. The company was sold and now there are only these stores. There are about 6 retail locations in South Florida. We got to sample some of their dark chocolate and peanut butter candy. It was very rich ... and very good. This location is quite popular. A perfect spot to come for dessert after dining at one of the nearby restaurants in the Delray Marketplace.

We had just finished lunch at Burt and Max's and decided to walk around the plaza for dessert. The chocolate we bought was great. This time? Completely different story. We walked in--me and my 88-year-old father--and not a word. No "hello," no acknowledgment, nothing. Just silence. There was one other mother and daughter in the store, so it's not like they were slammed. We start looking around, trying to figure things out on our own. I noticed the sample tray under the glass dome and walked over. All that was left were crumbs. I joked, "Wow, those are really small samples," before realizing there weren't any samples left at all. The employee hears me, walks over, takes the entire tray away... and still says nothing. No "sorry about that," no offer to bring out more, no attempt to engage. Just removes it and goes back to ignoring us. At that point, we walked out. I'm not going to spend premium prices in a place that can't even manage basic customer service. If you want to charge premium prices, you need to provide premium service. That starts with something as simple as acknowledging customers when they walk in the door. I likely won't be back.
