Nice space and priced well. I think it's rare to find a 16 oz oat latte for under $7 in NYC these days! They also have a lovely and cozy little backyard space for the warmer days.

This is a cute coffee shop with plenty of space to sit & get work done. I ordered the iced Americano which was refreshing and good. They also have a good pastry & cookie selection if you're in the mood for something sweet, but I didn't grab any this time. One of the best part about this spot is that they have lots of outlets throughout, making it an easy to work from home and stay put. They provide WiFi if you're short on data. Our drinks were ready pretty quickly, but we did visit during a quieter time around 4:15pm on a Sunday. They're open daily from 7am to 7pm, so definitely worth stopping by!

I'm surprised at the negative reviews here because I really like this spot! Their cold brew is great, so much better than alternatives in the area like Hungry Ghost. Yes, it's a working cafe but what's wrong with that? It's nice to be able to work in cafes in the area and I like that it's open till 7 pm.

Great coffee, friendly workers, and nice and air conditioned with plenty of seating. They also mentioned they have seating in the backyard but it was too hot to check it out.

The worst baristas in Park Slope work here..... I'm just sayin.

I've been here a bunch of times on my morning walk up to Prospect Park after stopping in for a cappuccino. However, the last time I went in there the service was horrific ! After repeating my order 3 times I suggested the barista have a cup of coffee too. Then I was rudely told by his protector, or manager...?, to leave and not to return.....! I mean if you're going to make me work for my order and charge me...... I'd rather go somewhere else anyway!! Not to mention the fragile egos of the staff makes it a joke! There are two other amazing coffee shops within a block of this one. I suggest you search a little deeper and choose any one of the truly friendly neighborhood coffee shops in the area. There's nothing in particular that makes this one any better than the many other coffee shops in Park Slope. This is definitely not a #trulybrooklyn spot. Thumbs down

I had been wanting to come here for a while to try the signature drink the Velvette - got it with oat milk and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and they have a small enclosed patio out back.

Lovely atmosphere, delicious coffee and desserts. Highly recommend this cute, new coffee shop in Park Slope.

This is a classic for us in Brooklyn. Love this joint. Sit on their patio, it will not lead you astray.

Worst coffee I've had in a while and definitely not worth the money. Cute place, but unfortunately not the best quality

People have left some odd reviews of this place, including a one-star review for the restaurant…read moreapparently being highly politicized--a vibe I neither felt nor could visually identify within or without the establishment. I ordered a single burger and a Sudan spiced peanut butter latte, for ~$15! That's pretty inexpensive for New York City. I note this as some consider it overpriced. I suppose the food is fairly inexpensive, the lattes slightly higher than average. The "burger" comes wrapped in a homemade pita with diced cucumber, onion, and tomato, plus a few crispy, thick-cut fries and a yummy house sauce. It was a cool twist of the traditional burger and had a nice flavor. The sauce was like a slightly Mediterranean version of Big Mac sauce. The girl working as the barista and cashier was very nice and friendly. She had a nice presence and warm smile, made suggestions, and even gave a stranger free utensils when they popped on to ask. I think it's definitely worth checking out, and it's a good place for a cheap & simple meal that's still quirky and fun.

I have wanted to try this spot for some time, and wound up a bit disappointed with what I tried…read more They feature a tahini cold brew, which features two things I love dearly, but instead of a rich cold brew it was overly sweet and icy--more like a slushie. Perhaps I should have anticipated that, or my mistake in ordering. I also ordered a Moroccan egg salad sandwich which was substantive but surprisingly bland--sparse with the advertised capers and pickled red onions to give it more punch. I've always loved the look of the spot and the vibe--funky decor, outside and indoor facing counters to order, with some outdoor seating for people watching on Dekalb or heading nearby Ft. Greene Park. I see they are renovating and rebranding a bit and adding some burger component. While I didn't love it, I'd definitely give it another shot.
